This hair oil works wonders in its ability to smooth out my hair and fight frizz and fly-aways. My hair is left manageable, hydrated and detangled. I use it on dry or damp hair and I really like the results a lot. Given that I have naturally curly hair, detangling and fighting frizz is always an issue, and this hair oil does a wonderful job addressing those issues. It has a wonderful coconut aroma, but it isn't long-lasting. Please note that this product contains silicone-based ingredients, and therefore if you avoid silicone in hair products you will want to skip this one.

Original Sprout Luscious Island Curl Control has proven to be a wonderful and very effective haircare pick for my naturally curly hair. Naturally curly hair requires a lot of tending to, and as a result a good hydrating styling aid that moisturizes the hair and fights frizz is a must-have, for me at least. This product does just that! It adds vital moisture, makes my hair manageable and it fights frizz and fly-aways. It also has a delectable tropical citrus aroma that is so pleasant, but it does not linger all day long (though I wish that it did!). This is a great pick for wavy and curly hair that needs a little help with frizz and manageability, and the extra bit of moisture is wonderful.

It leaves hair hydrated and protected, and it smells delectable. I notice that my curly hair is far more hydrated and manageable when I use this mist.

Original Sprout Face & Body SPF 27 Sunscreen Review

I am constantly on the lookout for effective, and high quality sunscreens that are reef-safe, and Original Sprout Face & Body SPF 27 Sunscreen is definitely a great discovery. It is mid-weight, leaves no white film, can be used on the face and body, and it has a pleasant tropical aroma. Furthermore, it is a broad spectrum mineral sunscreen formulated with non-nanoparticles. Like any sunscreen, it needs to be reapplied frequently (every 60-80 minutes) to remain effective, but unlike many sunscreens, this one actually soothes and moisturizes the skin. I do wish that it was a higher SPF, but I haven't noted diminished protection.

I recently discovered Original Sprout products, and I am already obsessed with this affordable Cruelty-Free brand. Their Vanilla Lip Moisturizer is absolutely heavenly, and worth having in every pocket and drawer!
