Surface Bassu Hydrating Oil is a lightweight hydrating oil that leaves hair soft, silky smooth and shiny. It does not leave hair greasy, and it is perfect to use on wet or dry hair, and as a styling aid for flat iron use, or without heated styling tools at all. A warm a small amount in my hands are apply it to my naturally curly hair, and it leaves my hair manageable, frizz-free and hydrated. It has a light, rather fruity, aroma, but it is neither overpowering, nor long-lasting.

I have made no secret of the fact that I really love milk_shake haircare products, their products really resonate with me because they are very effective, they do what they claim to do and they are a pleasure to use.

milk_shake Incredible Oil is an obsession-worthy hair oil that is lightweight and it smooths hair, fights frizz, and offers hair hydration and a beautiful shine. It also protects hair color and leaves hair silky and soft. It is hard to find products that give naturally curly hair a beautiful luster and shine, but this does just that with my curly locks! Furthermore, the vanilla aroma is utterly delectable, and such a pleasure to experience.

Overall Assessment: I remain so impressed by the quality of milk_shake products, and this hair oil is a wonderful find for my hair.

René Furterer Complexe 5 Stimulating Plant Concentrate Revisted

René Furterer Complexe 5 Stimulating Plant Concentrate is a pre-shampoo treatment that detoxes the scalp, by cleansing and purifying it, and the warming effect helps to improve microcirculation. I have been using this product for about 2 1/2 years, and now that I am nearly finished with my most recent bottle, and about to purchase another one, and I thought that I would revisit it with you because it really is that good!

It is soothing, invigorating and makes the scalp feel amazing, and my hair also looks and feels wonderful after using it. You simply apply it to the scalp and then massage for a few minutes, and then leave it in for about 5-10 minutes. Be sure to shampoo twice, to remove the residual oil, and then condition hair as you would normally. It has a wonderful orange aroma that is punctuated by the lavender oil, and it is such an amazing treat to the senses.

I like to follow by using René Furterer 5 Sens Enhancing Dry Oil (Reviewed HERE), which is a beautifully fast absorbing dry oil, that can be used on the hair and body. It has a lovely soft aroma that is a treat to the senses, but it isn't long lasting or in the least bit cloying. When I use it on my body, it melts into the skin and leaves it soft, supple, hydrated and nourished. For the hair, it offers extraordinary hydration and leaves locks soft, smooth and manageable. It tames frizz and fly-aways, and it gives hair a glossy shine.

Mielle Sea Moss Anti-Shedding Scalp & Hair Oil is a wonderful featherweight oil that nourishes the scalp and hair without weighing it down in the least bit, or leaving it oily. It has a wonderful faint aroma, but it is neither imposing, nor long-lasting. I use this daily on my hair, and a couple of times a week on my scalp. I find that it moisturizes my hair, makes in manageable and it fights frizz and fly-aways. I do not experience hair breakage, and I am not excessively shedding, but that doesn't stop me from using it daily since its benefits are tangible and immediate for my dry and naturally curly hair. Furthermore, this wonderful oil gives my hair a luminous shine, and that is often difficult to achieve for curly hair.

René Furterer Complexe 5 Stimulating Plant Concentrate is a pre-shampoo treatment that detoxes the scalp, by cleansing and purifying it, and the warming effect helps to improve microcirculation. It is soothing, invigorating and makes the scalp feel amazing, and my hair also looks and feels wonderful after using it. You simply apply it to the scalp and then massage for a few minutes, and then leave it in for about 5-10 minutes. Be sure to shampoo twice, to remove the residual oil, and then condition hair as you would normally. It has a wonderful orange aroma that is punctuated by the lavender oil, and it is such an amazing treat to the senses.

I like to follow by using René Furterer 5 Sens Enhancing Dry Oil (Reviewed HERE), which is a beautifully fast absorbing dry oil, that can be used on the hair and body. It has a lovely soft aroma that is a treat to the senses, but it isn't long lasting or in the least bit cloying. When I use it on my body, it melts into the skin and leaves it soft, supple, hydrated and nourished. For the hair, it offers extraordinary hydration and leaves locks soft, smooth and manageable. It tames frizz and fly-aways, and it gives hair a glossy shine.

I am very surprised that I haven't reviewed anything from René Furterer before since this is a brand that I fell head-over-heels in love with as a late teen. My mom, sister and I used to purchase their products together, and all of us were completely devoted to this incredible French brand.
