In addition to having a complete line of personalized skincare for every type of skin, Y'OUR also makes body care products, and numerous other add-on products that are not part of their personalized skincare routines. Among the add-ons that I have tried is the Y'OUR Body Lotion, and I am very impressed by its efficacy and its gorgeous texture.

Y’OUR Body Lotion is a fragrance-free, cruelty-free ultra-emollient body lotion that has the thickness of a body cream, but the emollience and absorption of a lighter lotion. The velvety texture of this fragrance-free lotion melts into the skin immediately and leaves even the driest skin feeling soft, smooth, supple and very moisturized.

Happy New Year everyone! I am starting the new year using a new body moisturizer, and it is doing an excellent job moisturizing my very dry skin. I do not normally have dry skin, but the cold outside and the heat inside has proven to be quite drying for my skin. I have loved Goldfaden MD products for many years, and have extolled the many virtues of their skincare gems during this time. I recently began using Goldfaden MD Body Surge Hydrating & Restoring Body Moisturizer, and it quickly became my go-to body lotion. Unquestionably an ultra-luxe, this creamy moisturizer is mid-weight, and yet it melts into the skin immediately. It leaves skin deeply moisturized, soft, supple and luminous without a greasy residue. Skin looks restored and dry and parched skin is healed and hydrated. It has a light and refreshing citrus aroma, but it is neither imposing, nor long-lasting. Furthermore, it is cruelty-free, silicone-free, gluten-free, mineral oil-free, paraben-free and alcohol-free.

It really excels in its ability to clean and exfoliate the skin while delighting the senses with its delightful Bulgarian Rose aroma. 

You simply dampen the Spongellé Body Wash Infused Buffers with water to activate the very satisfying lather. Each sponge is filled with enough body wash for a minimum of 14+ washes, but I always get more washes from each of their buffers. Once you have used up all of the body wash, the sponge itself is left quite intact, and therefore all you need to do is use it in conjunction with your favorite liquid or bar soaps. The hanging ribbon allows the buffer to dry out easily, but I recommend hanging it outside of the moist environment of the shower to avoid bacterial growth.

REN Moroccan Rose Otto Body Lotion: This mid-weight lotion is very emollient, fast absorbing, and exceedingly nourishing and hydrating. It smells glorious, and leaves the skin remarkably soft, supple, hydrated and with a dewy glow! This is a truly covet-worthy body lotion, and I cannot sufficiently underscore the extent to which I love it.

Overall Assessment: I have been through numerous bottles of both of these beauties, and there are many more bottles of each in my future. In fact, I just finished another bottle of the Rose Otto Body Wash, and need another one because it makes me deliriously happy. REN is cruelty-free, sustainable and truly amazing.

There is no question that Derma E is one of my often reached for brands– they make top quality cruelty-free products, and they are actually affordable! They make extraordinary body care products, and the Derma E Shea Body Lotion & Derma E Arnica Warming Sore Muscle Rub are among my favorites. Derma E Arnica Warming Sore Muscle Rub ($13.99 for 4 oz. from Derma E and Derma E Amazon Store): is a wonderfully effective therapeutic cream that soothes muscular aches and pains while actually moisturizing the skin. It is non-greasy, fast-absorbing and his has a light peppermint aroma that is invigorating. You simply warm the cream in your hands and then massage it into the skin in the area of your discomfort, and it really helps give temporary relief. Of course this should not be used in lieu of seeing your doctor if you have a more serious injury, but this is great for post-workout muscular discomfort, and it is doing wonders for the tension in my back from sitting at the computer for so many hours each day.

The more products that I try from Inna Organic, the more I love this line. Recently, I began using the Inna Organic Cedarwood Shampoo & Inna Organic Pure Moisturizing Body Lotion and I like them both quite a lot. Their vegan and cruelty-free products are thoughtfully created, they are filled with great ingredients, and they are a pleasure to use.

Inna Organic Pure Moisturizing Body Lotion ($67.98 for 7 fl. oz each 2 pack from the Inna Organic Amazon Store): This is a lightweight and richly emollient lotion that melts into the skin leaving it remarkably soft, smooth and hydrated. It is silicone oil-free, mineral oil free, artificial fragrance-free, essential oil free and cruelty-free. It is suitable for everyone in the family, and has no detectable aroma.

Inna Organic Cedarwood Shampoo ($52.58 for 8.3 fl. oz. 2 pack from the Inna Organic Amazon Store): This is a wonderful shampoo for dry and damaged hair, and while my hair is not damaged, it is dry and curly, and therefore it requires added moisture. This shampoo has a rich and creamy lather, but it is neither stripping, nor does it leave behind a greasy residue. Instead, it thoroughly cleanses the hair and leaves it soft and hydrated. It has a lovely woodsy aroma that is intoxicating, but if you don't like woodsy aromas, then this wonderful shampoo probably isn't for you.

Overall Assessment: Inna Organic is such a wonderful brand, and they are definitely worth trying. This shampoo and lotion are really a pleasure to use.
