Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte's Beautiful Skin Foundation Review

Purchased (Affiliate Links)

Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte's Beautiful Skin Foundation with Hyaluronic Acid was one of those purchases that I didn't overthink, but instead I immediately jumped on it sight unseen, and without reading a single review. I am a big fan of Charlotte Tilbury, and a Hyaluronic Acid-based medium coverage foundation with a glow sounded perfect to me. I took a look at the 30 shade descriptions and stock swatches, and decided that 3 Cool (fair with cool pink undertones) would be a perfect match for me, and it definitely is.

This is a hydrating foundation that offers medium buildable coverage, and the natural lit from within glow is beautiful and not in the least bit overdone. In addition to hydrating, the Hyaluronic Acid plumps fine lines and smoothes the skin. It allows skin to show through, but it does cover redness, hyperpigmentation and it beautifully blurs imperfections. I prefer light coverage and a my-skin-but-better look, and this foundation delivers, but it is buildable without looking cakey, unnatural or glittery, if you prefer more coverage.

I have normal/combination skin, and the hydration feels comfortable without feeling greasy or rich. This formula should work for most skin types including dry and dehydrated skin. The finish is gorgeous, and is almost like a Zoom filter when you see your skin online!

If you prefer matte finishes in your foundations, then you may not like this finish since it is decidedly glowy and luminous. Think about the way in which face oils can give you a glow, and then imagine the embodiment of that in a foundation, and la voilà, Charlotte created just that!

Charlotte Tilbury claims that this foundation wears for a full 16 hours, but I have not tested this claim because I don't ever wear makeup that long. I will say, however, that it lasted 10 hours without transfer– even when wearing a mask.
This foundation is formulated with the following skincare ingredients

Hyaluronic Acid floods the skin with moisture and revitalizes the skin’s outer, visible layers.
Bix’Activ™ helps to decrease the appearance of oiliness and visibly reduce the look of shine and pores. Rose Complex targets all signs of stress in the skin including dullness, dryness, pigmentation and dark circles for skin that looks brighter, smoother, hydrated and more youthful. Hyalurosmooth™ targets uneven texture, dryness and dullness, and locks in moisture for a fresher, plumper, smoother and even looking skin tone. Coconut Extract improves skin’s ability to hold water by HELPING strengthen the skin barrier over time for plumper, younger looking skin. C.T. Defence prevents pollutant particles from penetrating the skin and strengthens the skin barrier, to improve skin quality over time for more healthy-looking skin.
According to Charlotte Tilbury,

Darlings, my NEW! Beautiful Skin Foundation gives everyone skin that LOOKS beautifully HYDRATED, PLUMPER, SMOOTHER and BRIGHTER!

This medium coverage, HYDRATING foundation has been expertly formulated with skincare ingredients to combine instant GLOW and buildable coverage with long-term skincare benefits.

With brightening  Rose Complex and hydrating  Hyaluronic Acid to improve the look of skin with each wear*, my NEW! Beautiful Skin Foundation is the secret to your best, healthy looking skin day, every day!
Features:
  • LONG-LASTING with 16HR wear!
  • Hydrating formula made with skincare ingredients
  • VEGAN-friendly formula
  • Medium buildable coverage
  • Beautifully packaged in an easy-to-use, recyclable tube.
  • The neutralised base, clear colour pigment formula + molecule complex in all 30 shades mean they stretch wide across all skin tones, skin undertones and skin types!
Directions: Apply to the entire face and buff into the skin using my Magic Complexion Brush, for medium coverage and a healthy-looking glow. Using fingertips, pat onto areas to conceal and blend for natural-looking coverage.
Shade: 3 Cool - fair with cool pink undertones (on my arm in natural outdoor light).

Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Water, Dimethicone, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Cetyl Peg/Ppg-10/1 Dimethicone, Mica, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Propanediol, Glycerin, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Sodium Chloride, Lauroyl Lysine, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Caprylyl Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Gluconate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Maltodextrin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Bixa Orellana Seed Extract, Pentylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Oil, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Water, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, [+/- Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Iron Oxides (Ci 77491, Ci 77492, Ci 77499)].

Kosås Tinted Face Oil | Review

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

I have been in love with Kosås since I first began using their products a few years ago. Their skin-loving eco-friendly ingredients make using their products a joy, and there is never a sense that you are sacrificing anything other than unhealthy ingredients.

When they recently launched the Kosås Tinted Face Oil, I was more thrilled than you can imagine. I prefer light-coverage foundations and tinted moisturizers that allow the skin to breathe and to show through. That their variant is a tinted face oil, is undoubtedly a cause for celebration for me since it combines two of my favorite things: face oils and lightweight light coverage foundations.

In fact, Kosås Tinted Face Oil is truly a featherweight tinted oil that is nourishing and hydrating, and it adds a lighter veil of coverage that perfects the complexion. The texture is light and slightly oily, but like a dry oil, it melts into the skin and leaves behind no residue.

Simply shake the bottle, in order to emulsify the tinted oil, and then massage 2-4 drops into the skin for lighter coverage, and 4-6 drops into the for more full coverage. It is formulated to be applied, with your fingers, as you would a serum or a moisturizer, and therefore no brushes or sponges are necessary for proper application, and for the desired results. Skin is left luminous and even in tone– with blurred pores and imperfections. This is a dream-come-true for me, but if you only wear very full-coverage foundations this might not provide you with the level of opacity that you seek. That said, this formula is so exquisite that I highly recommend trying it!

Kosås Tinted Face Oil is available in 10 shades, of which I have swatched four below. I wear shade 01 because it has pink undertones that work well with my cool-toned complexion. That said, the 10 shades were created to be worn for up to 30 complexions because of the way in which the shades have been "optically blended" and because they magically adjust to the tone of each complexion. Therefore, there are a variety of shades that will likely work for each individual, as well.
According to Kosås Cosmetics,

Makeup meets skincare. Radiance-boosting botanicals absorb, allowing skin-perfecting pigment to even and illuminate complexions. A feather-weight medium coverage foundation and deeply hydrating skin elixir. Apply freely.

Tinted Face Oil is a feather-weight medium coverage foundation and deeply hydrating skin elixir. Three types of mineral pigment are delivered in a base of six active botanical oils to instantly even skin tone, minimize pores, and erase imperfections. Designed to be as easily applied as a daily serum or moisturizer, the breathable silky formula’s oils are quickly absorbed by the skin, leaving behind a perfecting layer of self-adjusting color with a velvety finish - no blending required.
100% Cruelty Free, Vegan, Gluten-free. Free of Parabens, Silicones, Sulfates, Pthlatates, Mineral Oil, PEG, Petrolatum.
Ingredients: Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Octyldodecanol, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Silica, Kaolin, Mica, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Tocopherol, Limnanthen Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Camellia Oleifera (Tea) Seed Oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Seed Oil, May Contain [+/-] Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, 77499, 77491, 77492).
According to Kosås,

Inspired by the spectrum of complexions, the 10 debut shades have been optically blended making it wearable for over 30 different skin tones. With 10-second application, imperceptible all-day wear, and true nourishment, it’s the new definition of the flawless face.

Available in the following 10 shades:
Overall Assessment: I am so impressed by this formula, and simply cannot underscore the extent to which I am thrilled that Kosås created their Tinted Face Oil. It is as though they custom made it for me! A+

Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Youth-Boosting Perfect Skin Foundation | Review and Swatches #CHARLOTTETILBURY

Affiliate Links

As you are no doubt aware, I recently splurged on numerous treasures from Charlotte Tilbury, and I have been so delighted by her high quality luxury line that I just can't stop praising its magnificence. In fact, the Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Youth-Boosting Perfect Skin Foundation in Fair 3, which was my most recent acquisition, was one of my best recent purchases. Fair 3, which is the third lightest of the shades, is not a bad match for my skin tone. It's a touch yellow-based, and while it contrasts a bit with my cool-toned skin– it does melt into my skin seamlessly without appearing too warm for my complexion.

The lightweight formula is neither matte, nor is it dewy– instead it offers a natural finish that lightly illuminates the skin without making it appear wet or greasy. It glides across the skin effortlessly and it neither emphasizes fine lines, nor does it settle into pores. It offers the skin a silky finish, and it hydrates the skin without compromising its own longevity. Furthermore, it boasts light to medium buildable coverage while it evens out skin tone. If, however, you prefer full coverage foundations this may not be the best foundation for you. I prefer tinted moisturizers and light coverage foundations– therefore this is just my type of foundation. It is formulated to work well for most types of skin including dry, normal and combination. I suspect that it will also work well for oiler skin types.

Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Youth-Boosting Perfect Skin Foundation comes in a lightweight plastic bottle with a nozzle top that prevents spills, and makes it perfect for travel or for your makeup bag. It does contain an SPF 15, which is an added bonus, however I only ever use a minimum of an SPF 30, and therefore I still have to use an additional sunscreen.
According to Charlotte Tilbury,

Darlings, my Light Wonder Foundation in Fair 2 is the perfect shade for fair skin tones. Featuring ingredients to smooth, hydrate, illuminate, minimise pores AND reduce wrinkles.
Features:
• Innovative technology evens out imperfections and moisturizes your skin in a lightweight formula.
• SPF15 protects your skin from UV damage.
• Youth-boosting actives reduce wrinkles, evens out complexion and smooths your complexion for baby-soft skin.
• Pseudo-ceramides hydrate your skin for up to 18 hours.
• Ideal for dry, normal and combination skin types that want sheer, flawless coverage

Directions: To use, start by squeezing a small amount of foundation on the back of your hand. Using Charlotte’s FOUNDATION BRUSH or your fingertips, blend into your skin from the middle outwards, patting onto areas where you need extra coverage.

Charlotte’s Tip: Use this foundation mixed with WONDERGLOW Face Primer for a gorgeous glowing complexion.
Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, Water (Aqua), Hydrogenated Didodecene, Titanium Dioxide (Nano), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Mica, Glycerin, Sorbitan Isostearate, PEG/PPG - 18/18 Dimethicone, Sodium Chloride, Cyclohexasiloxane, Aluminum/Magnesium Hydroxide Stearate, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Squalane, Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Dimethicone, BIS-C24-28 Hydroxyalkyl Olivoyl Glutamate , Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Methylparaben, Potassium Sorbate, Propylparaben, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Fragrance (Parfum), Glycine Soja (Soybean) Sterols, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Laureth-4, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Sodium Citrate, Vigna Aconitifolia Seed Extract, BHT, Chlorphenesin, [May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Mica, Iron Oxides (CI 77491 ,CI 77492, CI 77499), Ultramarines (CI 77007), Tin Oxide (CI 77861)]. This product is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sulfate-free, and not tested on animals.
Overall Assessment: I am so pleased with the finish, coverage and longevity of this lovely foundation, but I do wish that the brand would increase the color range by adding both fairer and darker shades so that more people could enjoy its wonderful formula.

Osmosis + Colour Makeup Must-Haves to Covet | Review and Swatches

 Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

I have been quite impressed by all of the products that I have tried from Osmosis Skincare and Osmosis + Colour Makeup, and I was elated to have the opportunity to try some new and new-to-me products from this covet-worthy brand. The changing season is always a great time to reboot skincare and makeup picks, and I have found all of the featured products perfect for the Autumn weather.
Osmosis + Colour Performance Wear Satin Foundation in Natural Light and Golden Light ($48.00 for 1.2 oz. from Osmosis): Osmosis + Colour recently launched a new satin foundation in 5 shades that are vegan and gluten-free. This lovely new addition to their wealth of beautiful makeup and skincare products, has a lightweight silky texture, it blends to perfection, it offers buildable coverage. it lasts all day long, and it remains true-to-color. It has a beautiful natural finish without looking in the least bit artificial. It neither settles into fine lines, nor does it emphasize pores.

Known for incorporating skincare ingredients in their makeup, this new foundation offers skin plumping, wrinkle and line soothing properties that improve the overall texture and appearance of the skin. Among the ingredients used, is the anti-aging Dermaxyl, that is known to stimulate "cell communication and then repairing age related skin damage." Furthermore, Hyaluronic Acid offers deep hydration while plumping fine lines, and skin is left soft, smooth and refreshed. It is worthy to note that it contains no fragrance, and will therefore pose no problems for people with sensitivities to fragrance.

I am incredibly impressed by this formula, and love the way that it looks and feels on the skin. My only hope is that Osmosis adds far more shades since there are only 5 from which to choose.

I have two shades, Natural Light and Golden Light, and can wear both on my skin tone. Natural Light is slightly more peach in tone, and Golden Light has a slightly yellow undertone.

While I do not have oily lids, I do still find that many creamier formulas end up smearing by the end of the day, but I have found this formula melt-proof and smudge-proof without being too hard that it pulls and tugs on the eyes. The water-resistant formula is very long-wearing, and yet the consistency is creamy and soft enough to effortlessly glide across the skin while depositing color evenly.

Currently Loving from Rimmel London

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

That RIMMEL LONDON has a fantastic array of products is undeniable, and their combination of high quality and affordability makes purchasing their makeup guilt-free. I thought that I would select a few of my current favorites to transition into the fall.
RIMMEL LONDON Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Moca 720 and Blush 110 ($5.49 for 0.21 oz. from UltaTarget and Walmart): Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour features a velvety smooth texture, opaque highly saturated hues and extraordinary staying power. They glide across the lips effortlessly, deposit color evenly and they neither bleed, nor feather. They have a lightweight velvety texture when applied, but once they set, they are budge and transfer-proof, and last all day. I don't find them drying, but if you have particularly dry lips, you might want to apply a light lip balm before application. These liquid matte lipstick formula has a distinct fragrance, but it does fade rather quickly.

The two colors that I have are:
Moca 720 is a neutral peachy nude.
Blush 110 is mid-tone nude dusty-rose.

According to Rimmel London,

Get ready for a bold, matte lip-look that stays on. Rimmel London introduces Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour, a new liquid lipstick with high-intensity colour, a velvety matte finish and a long-lasting, comfortable wear.

Benefits:
  • Long-wear matte colour that doesn’t feel dry
  • High-impact colour from the very first stroke
  • Lasts up to 12 hours
  • Kiss-proof, waterproof and touch-proof
  • Unbelievably comfortable, lightweight texture
RIMMEL LONDON Oh My Gloss! Oil Tint in Modern Pink ($5.49 for 0.21 oz. from UltaWalmart and Amazon): This lovely oil tint lip gloss, with its beautiful glossy finish, has a lightweight, non-sticky texture that is moisturizing and very comfortable on the lips. The doe-foot applicator applies the gloss evenly, and it neither migrates, nor does it bleed into lip lines. I get a couple of hours of wear-time per application, and repeated application throughout the day does not result in drying out my lips.  It has a light semi-floral scent that is not too heavily perfumed, and the scent fades soon upon application.

Modern Pink is a mid-tone sheer-leaning color that provides lips with a beautiful wash of color.

According to Rimmel London,

Rimmel London's Oh My Gloss! Oil Tint is packed with a harmonious blend of four precious oils, for unprecedented nourishing care and comfort with an ultra-glossy finish. Reinventing lip gloss as you know it the innovative tint-in-oil system fuses pure color pigments into lips for a refreshing juicy pop of color. Overtime OMG! • Formulated with a blend of 4 natural oils
RIMMEL LONDON The Only 1 Lipstick in Call the Shots 120 ($4.49-$6.99 from WalmartTarget, and Walgreens): This matte formula is neither too dry in texture, nor is it drying on the lips. It is smooth and emollient, lightly moisturizing, and while matte there is a very light sheen to the finish. It glides across the lips effortlessly, deposits color evenly and it does not migrate. It has a light floral fragrance, but it fades soon upon application.

Call the Shots is a richly saturated pink-kissed mid-tone red.

According to Rimmel London,

Give your lips a dazzling look with Rimmel The Only One Lipstick. This vibrant shade features gorgeous color that moisturizes with every application. The long lasting lipstick features deep pigments that burst with color, infused with hydrating moisturizers that leave lips soft and supple.

RIMMEL LONDON Moisture Renew Lipstick in Back to Fuchsia 310 ($5.47- $8.51 from Ulta, Walgreens, AmazonWalmart and Target): This is a very creamy and emollient lipstick that is lightweight, moisturizing and comfortable on the lips. It has a beautiful dimensional sheen and a silky smooth consistency, however its emollience lends itself to less longevity, and it does transfer. I get a couple of hours of wear-time before needing to reapply, and the light floral fragrance fades quickly.

Back to Fuchsia is a richly saturated bright fuchsia with a lovely sheen.

According to Rimmel London,

Rimmel's Moisture Renew Lipstick gives a brilliant burst of rich, pure color infused with a monsoon of creamy moisture. Ready to pamper your lips with luxuriously moisturized rich colour for a soft, cared-for and hydrated feel day after day?

Benefits:
  • Reduces lip dryness without compromising color

RIMMEL LONDON Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Stay On Lip Contouring Pencil in Mauve Shimmer 009 and Cherry Kiss 071 ($2.79-$5.50 from Ulta, Walgreens, Walmart and Amazon): This lip liner formula offers very long-lasting wear without any feathering or bleeding, and it is transfer proof. The formula is less emollient than the Exaggerate Full Color formula, but it neither tugs, nor pulls the lips. These pencils do require sharpening.

Mauve Shimmer 009 is a mid-tone shimmering mauve.
Cherry Kiss 071 is a mid-tone vampy berry.

According to Rimmel London,

Rimmel's Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Stay On Lip Liner Pencil is a long lasting lip liner that prevents your lip color from bleeding and feathering. This wooden lip pencil can be sharpened for precise application and is transfer resistant.

RIMMEL LONDON Exaggerate Full Colour Lip Liner in Eastend Snob 063, Addiction 018, Pink A Punch 103, Call Me Crazy 104 and Under My Spell 105 ($6.99 from Ulta, Walgreens, Walmart and Amazon): Rimmel London Exaggerate Full Colour Lip Liner are soft-textured, non-tugging, automatic lip liners, "that deliver rich color and precise definition." This formula glides across the lips effortlessly, deposits color evenly, and it neither feathers, nor bleeds into lip lines. It offers several hours of wear-time on me, and it does not dry out my lips as some lip liners tend to do. Additionally, it is a full retractable twist-up pencil that doesn't require sharpening.

Eastend Snob 063 is a nude pink meets rosy-mauve shade.
Addiction 018 is a taupe mauve nude.
Pink A Punch 103 is a coral-kissed pink.

RIMMEL LONDON ScandalEyes Eyeliner Kohl Kajal ($3.99 from Target,  Amazon, Walgreens and Walmart): I have always been a fan of eyeliner pencils, and sometimes it is the only makeup that I will wear. I love their fuss-free application, and that they facilitate framing and accenting eyes effortlessly and quickly. My eyes can be sensitive, and therefore I often find serious waterproof formulas too harsh, but that is not the case with this formula. ScandalEyes Eyeliner Kohl liners are creamy, they glide across the delicate skin effortlessly, deposit color evenly, and they do not tug or pull. I will note, however, that there is some variance in these four colors: Deep Blue 006 and Brown 003 are more emollient than Taupe 004 and Light Blue 008, but even the slightly drier consistency of the lighter shades does not result in tugging or pulling the skin. Once these liners set they do not budge, transfer or smear on me, but if you have very oily eyelids you may, or may not, need a primer.

According to Rimmel London,

Long lasting shocking color intensity with kohl Britania High intensity color for an instant color impact Ultra smooth & creamy formula that glides on easily Waterproof, smudge-proof, sweat-proof, heat-proof, humidity-proof and scandal- proof. Dermatologist & ophthalmologist tested. Safe for sensitive eyes.

Taupe 004 is a light taupe.
Brown 003 is a deep, rich copper-kissed brown shimmer.
Deep Blue 006 is a deep midnight blue.

Top to Bottom: Taupe 004, Brown 003, Deep Blue 006 and Light Blue 008
Left to Right: 1) Taupe 004, 2) Brown 003, 3) Deep Blue 006 and 4) Light Blue 008
RIMMEL LONDON Shake It Fresh Clump Free Volume Mascara ($5.99 for 0.30 oz.from Ulta, and Target): This mascara is housed in a satisfying weighty tube that requires shaking to refresh the formula to its "original smoothness" in order to facilitate clump-free application. This novel approach, and the resultant texture, results in a slightly more wet consistency that resists clumping. Furthermore, the brush does an enviable job separating lashes and building volume and length.

According to Rimmel London,

Introducing Rimmel's Shake It Fresh Mascara with exclusive patented packaging designed to refresh your mascara with every shake. With a simple shake, the mascara will be immediately refreshed to its original ideal smoothness, so volume always stays perfectly clump-free. The brush helps to build volume without clumps, fanning out the lashes corner to corner with maximum separation making lashes look volumized, lengthened and defined.

Rimmel London Stay Matte Long Lasting Pressed Powder in Nude Beige ($3.97-$5.49 for 0,49 oz. from Ulta, Target, Walmart and Amazon): If you have oily skin, or an active t-zone that requires a mattifying powder to absorb excessive oil production, then this one is a good choice. It offers a shine-free natural semi-matte finish that softens the appearance of pores and blurs imperfections.

According to Rimmel London,

RIMMEL LONDON Insta Conceal & Contour in Light ($6.99 from Walmart and Target): Designed as a multitasking palette, there are three shades that can be used to conceal, contour and camouflage the skin. Each of the shades is creamy and emollient, and therefore neither tugs, nor pulls the skin. I tend to use this as an under eye concealer, and it blends easily, does not cake, pool or settle into pores or fine lines. Furthermore, one can easily blend the three colors to customize the shade for a perfect match.

According to Rimmel London,

Our multi-tasking conceal & contour palette is available in 3 creamy shades, that camouflages the different tones on your face and allows you to sculpt the angles. Creating a naturally flawless complexion and defined features.

Directions: Apply on top of foundation and blend into skin, creating a naturally flawless complexion and defined features.

Available in 3 shades  (Light, Medium and Dark).

Rimmel Insta Conceal and Correct ($6.99 from Target): If you are seeking a palette to conceal or neutralize discoloration from redness, dark circles, and dullness to reveal a more even complexion, then this palette is an effective and affordable find. The peach shade is formulated to neutralize under-eye dark circles, the green neutralizes redness and the lilac counteracts dullness. The texture has the same creamy emollience as the Insta Conceal & Contour palette, and therefore is similarly gentle on the skin. It neither tugs, nor pulls and it does not cake, pool or settle into pores or fine lines.

According to Rimmel London,

Addresses the different skin tones & imperfections you want to conceal for a naturally flawless complexion.
  • Peach neutralizes dark circles
  • Green covers redness on the skin

Rimmel London InstaFlawless Perfecting Radiant Skin Tint ($6.99 from UltaTarget and Walgreens): Radiant Skin Tint provides the skin with a natural glow that can be worn under makeup or alone. It blurs imperfections, reduces the appearance of pores and brightens the skin. Under makeup it functions as a moisturizing primer that extends the wear of foundation, or it can be used in lieu of foundation. The formula is lightweight and comfortable on the skin, and the finish is very flattering. It does have a light fragrance, but it does fade quickly.

According to Rimmel,

A perfecting, radiant skin tint that can be worn alone for a radiant glow or under makeup to extend the wear.
