Westman Atelier Eye Activator Serum is a lightweight and fast absorbing serum that instantly hydrates the delicate skin under the eyes, and it effectively plumps fine lines, depuffs and lightens the appearance of dark circles. Directions: Apply eye serum after face serum morning and night. Dispense product onto hand and apply with ring finger to the under eye and brow bone area. Tap gently in an upwards motion. Allow serum to fully dry down before applying concealer.
