While I did not finish a significant number of full size products in October, I did manage to finish a good many deluxe samples, and for that I am happy. My full size empties are overwhelmingly utilitarian products like hand soap and makeup wipes, nonetheless it felt good placing all of the containers in my recycle bin. 

FULL SIZE EMPTIES:

1) Baby Foot Exfoliant Foot Peel (Reviewed here): is an all-natural, foot exfoliant that  removes dead skin and callouses unlike anything that I have experienced before. It leaves feet unbelievably soft and smooth without any rigorous effort on your part. The formula features 17 types of natural extracts that allow your feet to exfoliate natural and effectively. If you are ready to see your feet molt like a snake, then this is a must-try!

2) J.R. Watkins Hand Soap in Coconut (Reviewed here): Among the reasons that J.R. Watkins makes my very favorite soaps is that they are hard on dirt while remaining soft on the hands. No matter how many times I wash my hands in a day they are always left soft and moisturized. The coconut scent is utterly delectable!

3) J.R. Watkins Hand Soap in Aloe Green Tea (Reviewed here): The formula is exactly the same as the Coconut version, but instead has a a fresh green scent.

4) Blum Naturals All-Purpose Cleansing Wipes Fresh Scent (Discussed here): All Purpose Cleansing Wipes are, "infused with Aloe Vera; it is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes & proteins. Our convenient mini canister pack can be used anywhere, anytime, throughout the day." This is perfect for anyone on the go, and the perfect solution for those days when you do lots of heavy swatching!

5) Vita Liberata Super Fine Skin Polish (Reviewed here): This is a wonderful body scrub that removes dead skin cells effectively so that you have a smooth surface upon which to apply your self tanner. While I am not much of a self-tanner, I am a big exfoliator, and I really like this product a lot.

SAMPLE SIZE EMPTIES:

6 & 7) Antica Farmacista Lemon Verbena Shower Gel: I absolutely love Lemon Verbena scented body products, and this has to be one of my very favorites. These deluxe samples were given to me by a friend, and the scent is so amazing that I am planning on buying the full size bottle.

8) RADICAL Skincare Extreme Repair Cream: is a rich, "multiaction cream featuring a blend of 18 active ingredients to protect from visible signs of aging, deliver deep hydration, and even skin’s tone." Skin is left remarkably hydrated, soft, smooth and supple. It feels so good on the skin that it's hard not to reach for it!

9) RADICAL Skincare Peptide Infused Antioxidant Serum (Reviewed here):  This serum sinks in instantaneously and leaves my skin deliriously hydrated, soft, supple, plumped and glowing. N.B. I have tried it many times without a face oil to make sure that I was actually getting the luminous glow from this serum, and the results are unmistakable. My skin has a pronounced clarity and luminosity that is further enhanced by a remarkably smooth texture. It is a very potent antioxidant rich anti-aging serum that not only protects the skin, but also moisturizes and imparts an unmistakable ethereal glow. The richly packed peptides increase collagen production and the antioxidants work overtime protecting the skin against the damaging effects of free radicals.

10) RADICAL Skincare Youth Infusion Serum is a light weight hydrating serum that lifts and plumps skin, and reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles. I an currently testing a full size bottle, and love it! (Review forthcoming)

11) REN Micro Polish Cleanser (Reviewed here): I received a generous lab sample from REN before this amazing product hit the market, and I was taken by it from my first use. My skin, while combination, can be very sensitive to harsh abrasives- so I am always more than a little concerned about the outcome of trying a new facial scrub. This gentle scrub did NOT irritate my skin in the least bit, but instead it gave it an amazing clarity and glow.

12) VENeffect Anti-Aging Eye Treatment (Review forthcoming): "This highly effective eye treatment with the VENeffect advanced phytoestrogen technology improves elasticity around the delicate eye area, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a younger looking, brighter appearance."

My kin is left soft, moisturized ad remarkably brightened. Furthermore, fine lines are softened and the texture of my skin is left very smooth.

13) Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream (Reviewed here): If you are looking for a super moisturizing hand cream to fight dry skin this winter, then grab a tube of Yu-Be! It is super effective, and has been a staple in my purse for a very long time.

14) NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer (Reviewed here): This is still one of my very favorite tinted moisturizers because it leaves skin moisturized and with a gorgeous dewy glow. It actually offers very good coverage for a tinted moisturizer, and it really feels wonderful on the skin.

15) evanhealy Rosehip Treatment Facial Serum Rose (Reviewed here): evanhealy makes such high quality skincare products that are both ultra effective and affordable. If you love rose face oils, then this is definitely one to try. It leaves my skin soft, supple, hydrated and luminous all day long. The scent is heavenly and the texture is lightweight and fast absorbing.

16) Assorted samples: Not much to say about these three samples because I don't remember what they were!

There is no question that I did a far less impressive job finishing up products in September, but I did go on vacation, and therefore didn't use up a more normal amount of products given that I wasn't home for a good portion of the month. That said, I did finish up a few things– so I thought that I would share my thoughts.

1) J.R. Watkins Hand Soap in Aloe & Green Tea (reviewed here): J.R. Watkins makes my all-time favorite hand soaps. I always have several of them in use at a time, and I buy them in multiples. They clean the skin without ever stripping it, and leave hands soft and supple. I just can't say enough good things about this product specifically, and their products in general.  A+

2) Pure Natural Diva Whisper Body & Room Spray in Natural (reviewed here): I really loved their aptly named Whisper Body & Room Spray– it leaves the softest veil of fragrance that can be used from head to toe, or in your home. This is perfect for people who cannot tolerate cloying scents, but still like a hint of fragrance. I want to try their other scents.

3) Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Deep Conditioning Protein Pack: I need to buy more of this miraculous deep conditioner because it left my naturally curly hair deeply moisturized, tamed the frizz, and left it shiny and baby soft! The coconut smell is absolutely delicious!

4) Hask Argan Oil from Morocco Intense Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment (featured here): While this packet is intended for a single use, I was able to get two full treatments out of this single packet. My hair was left soft, supple and it really tamed my frizz. I would definitely purchase this.

5) Exuviance Performance Peel AP 25 (featured here): This is a very easy to use, and highly effective, 2-Step system that consists of an Activator Pad to exfoliate dead skin cells, and a Neutralizer Pad to prevent further exfoliation. The result is baby soft glowing skin that is even in tone, and more youthful in appearance. I'm obsessed with facial peels, and Exuviance Performance Peel AP 25 offers the efficacy of a professional in-office peel in the convenience of your home!

Empties Post Volume XXXI: March 2015

I am in a state of utter shock that March is winding down already. I was so busy at work that I barely had time to come up for air, and when I finally did the month was nearly over! I did manage to use up a few full size products and a handful of samples, and am happy to have added a few more empty containers to my recycle bin.

1) Suave Moroccan Infusion Silkening Body Wash (reviewed here): The creamy rich lather softens the skin while the warm essence infuses the shower with a delightful scent. It also makes a delicious bubble bath in which to luxuriate!

2) J.R. Watkins Naturals Lemon Hand Soap (reviewed here): J.R. Watkins makes my all-time favorite hand soaps, and their Lemon scent has to be my favorite. These wonderful liquid soaps leave skin soft and hydrated instead of stripped and dry! I need to buy more on my next trip to the grocery store!

3) Belli All Day Moisture Body Lotion (reviewed here): This lightly lemon scented lotion is ultra moisturizing, and so pleasant to use. I left it on my nightstand and used it every day until one sad day when there was no more to use!

4) Dove Deep Moisture Nourishing Body Wash (featured here): This was a deluxe sample from one of my BB5 boxes, and it was so good that it's now on my must-buy list! It leaves skin clean, soft and hydrated– it is also wonderful for shaving legs and underarms!

5) Antica Farmacista Lemon Verbena Shower Gel: I absolutely love Lemon Verbena scented body products, and this has to be one of my very favorites. This deluxe sample was given to me by a friend, and it is so amazing that I am planning on buying the full size as soon as I finish up my current body washes.

6) The Honest Company Honest Face + Body Lotion (reviewed here): I have yet to use a product from The Honest Company that I don't really really like, and this lotion is perfectly hydrating and a true pleasure to use.

7) REN Glyco Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask (reviewed here): I have been using this highly effective exfoliating mask for years, and I still think that it is one of the best of its kind. It effortlessly dissolves dead skin cells, and it reminds me a bit of Orange Marmalade without the rinds! Skin is left delectably soft, smooth and radiant!

8) TATCHA Radiant Deep Brightening Serum (featured here): This beautiful serum hydrates, smoothes, softens and illuminates so effectively and the results are so pronounced that this is a definite must-have for me. TATCHA remains one of my favorite lines.

9) Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream (reviewed here): This eye cream is a great hydrator for skin that is dry and dehydrated, and the results are immediate. It is also very affordable– making it a great choice for the wallet!

10) Malin + Goetz Grapefruit Face Cleanser (reviewed here): I initially thought that this was going to be a harsh and stripping cleanser that I wouldn't be able to use on my face, but was I ever wrong. Not only is this a gentle cleanser, but it leaves my skin soft and smooth. It's brilliant by itself and with a Clarisonic!

11) Assorted foundation samples: Nothing to report because I don't remember what was in each little pot!

12) Rodan + Fields Redefine Acute Care for Expression Lines (reviewed here): These are very effective little magical cloths that temporarily plump and lift expression lines. If you haven't tried anything from Rodan + Fields– let me just say that they make amazingly high quality products that are well worth trying.

13) Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water Wipes (reviewed here): These are still among my very favorite cleansing wipes. They are gentle and never bother my sensitive eyes.

14) Ban Total Refresh Cooling Body Cloths (featured here): I haven't used these long enough to give you a full report, but I tried them during really hot weather at work when I was running around and sweating, and they were great for freshening up before reapplying deodorant.

15) Colbert MD sample packets (Soothe Night, Nutrify & Protect Day and Stimulate The Serum): Normally I wouldn't bother to comment on using a couple of sample packets, but in the case of Colbert MD I have to note that this exquisite line does not disappoint. Colbert MD Illumino Face Oil (reviewed here) remains one of my all-time favorite luxury oils, and I am thoroughly impressed by Colbert MD Uplift Eye Serum (review forthcoming), Colbert MD Nourish Eye Cream (review forthcoming) and Colbert MD Intensify Facial Disks (review forthcoming). While the three sample packets in this post don't provide enough product to review– I will say that I am quite impressed and definitely want to try all three.

Empties Post Volume XXIX: January 2015 Edition

I must confess that I really didn't make any sort of concerted effort to finish up products in my current skincare rotation this month, and the things that I did finish had been very close to empty the month before. Nonetheless, I did manage to finish up 7 full size products and 4 sample packets. In January my greatest obsession was undoubtedly moisturizing my skin, and if these cold nights persist I will probably have a few moisturizer empties in February as well!

1) *Suave Softening Body Wash with Awapuhi Ginger & Honeysuckle (reviewed here): Lovely smelling, leaves skin soft and clean. I also used this to shave my legs and underarms! I am working on another bottle as we speak!

2) *Belli Pure & Pampered Body Wash (reviewed here): This is a wonderful body cleanser with a light lavender scent. It gently cleans, and leaves skin scrumptiously soft and hydrated!

3) J.R. Watkins Naturals Hand Soap in Aloe & Green Tea (reviewed here): I love J.R. Watkins, and they make my all-time favorite hand soaps. I continually purchase these in multiples! I love the Aloe & Green Tea scent, but am currently using the Lemon which is utterly luscious!

4) *Taya Amazon White Clay Thickening Shampoo (reviewed here): Taya makes really lovely haircare products, and their shampoo and conditioner are among my favorites from their line. The shampoo thoroughly cleanses without stripping, and the conditioner leaves hair tangle-free, soft and shiny!

5) Caudalie Divine Oil (reviewed here): As the name suggests, this is one divine oil! The moment that I finished my bottle I opened another! The scent is gloriously warm and rich, and it leaves skin soft silky and hydrated. I also use a small amount in my hair, and the results are amazing.

6) Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil: Spectrum makes amazing organic products, and I absolutely love their Organic Coconut Oil! While it is fantastic for cooking, I left this jar on my nightstand and used it each night from my scalp to my toes (not on my face). Organic Coconut Oil is a great way to moisturize the skin, and it is one of my absolutely favorite products to use on my feet before putting on fluffy socks. Since it has been cold at night, I have been layering it beneath a heavy cream.

7) *Shea Yeleen Shea Butter Soap in Lemongrass Peppermint (reviewed here): Shea Yeleen makes amazing products, and their earthy soaps are definitely a favorite. They clean the skin thoroughly without stripping, and skin is left soft and hydrated. I have been keeping a bar at my bathroom sink since it prevents my hands from drying out!

8) *Natracare Cleansing Make-Up Wipes for Sensitive Skin (reviewed here): These wipes are highly effective, unbelievably gentle, and well worth trying if you have sensitive skin and/or eyes!

Good Things to Have On Hand During the Holidays

As I was thinking about the upcoming holidays it occurred to me that while this is a festive time of year that it is also one fraught with heightened stress. All of the running around to the grocery store and the mall can leave one feeling a bit worse for wear, and the stress of the season can make people careless, accident prone and cranky. Furthermore, hosting events, and both the foreseen and unforeseen house guests, means needing to be stocked and prepared for come what may.

As I thought about these things, it occurred to me that there were certain items, or item types, that would be worth having on hand for everyone's pleasure, and for any unforeseen bumps and bruises. I picked a few of my favorites, but would to hear about yours!

Cleansing:

Wonderful hand soaps and special bars of soap are a really lovely way to treat yourself and your guests since they transform the mundane activity of hand-washing to a wonderfully luxurious sensory experience.

My favorite hand soaps are the wonderful creations from J.R. Watkins. Their *Foaming Hand Soap in Lemon (reviewed here) and Hand Soap in Lemon and Aloe & Green Tea (reviewed here) are refreshing and lusciously scented soaps that leave hands clean, soft and moisturized. I buy them in multiples whenever they go on sale at the grocery store, but always have them on hand because they are so wonderful to use.

Castelbel Savon Passion Flower & Coconut Soap is a fresh fruity scent that is intoxicatingly beautiful and moisturizing– a true treat for the senses.

Kopa Haiku Lilikoi Guava Cream Soap is an otherworldly soap that my friend bought for me during his last trip to Hawaii, and when he handed it to me I was so overtaken by the sweet scent of paradise that I sniffed it and sniffed it and sniffed it until I felt as though I was in Hawaii!

*SAI-SEI Mineral Loofah Body Polish Soap is a "dual purpose soap has been created with essential minerals, moisturizing glycerin and a segment of natural loofah sponge to gently buff and purify the skin." It gently exfoliates and moisturizes leaving skin soft and supple. It's a lovely addition to the shower.

Moisturizing:

When the weather starts to cool down I like nothing more than a nice variety of rich creams, lotions, body butters and oils to keep my skin soft supple and hydrated. If you have lots of guests throughout the holidays it's especially nice to have a variety from which they can choose in the guest bathroom. Here are a few that have been getting lots of love at my house lately.

*Lavanila The Healthy Body Butter in Vanilla Lavender (reviewed here) is a delectably scented fusion of vanilla and lavender that delights the senses while the luxuriously emollient formula moisturizes the skin.

*Alaffia Coffee & Shea Cafe Au Lait Body Butter in Orange Vanilla is a wonderful Fair Trade richly emollient body cream that smells edible. If you have ever enjoyed Alaffia products, then this one is a definite treat worth having.

*Desert Essence Island Mango Hand and Body Lotion is a rich cream that has the heavenly scent of the tropics. If it's snowing outside then this might be the perfect catalyst for imagining warm tropical breezes and a cute cabana boy handing you a fruity drink on the beach!

*RITUALS Fortune Oil Sweet Orange & Cedar Wood Caring Shower Oil (reviewed here) is a wonderfully moisturizing cleansing oil that has a warm sweet scent that envelopes the senses. It leaves skin soft, supple, silky smooth and hydrated.

*Mario Badescu Summer Shine Body Lotion is a wonderful vitamin rich lotion that imparts the perfect luminous glow that captures the light subtly. It is absolutely holiday perfect, and it's perfect all year long.

For the Shower:

Both expected and unexpected overnight guests during the holidays means that your shower is going to see a lot more traffic than usual. Nothing makes people feel welcome and loved than your attention to the details of their daily life in your home. Having lovely high quality products in the shower means making everyone feel pampered and happy.

*Shiseido Ibuki Gentle Cleanser is a wonderful non-stripping foaming cleanser that is gentle enough for people with sensitive skin. It creates a nice dense foaming lather that cleans skin thoroughly. It is very concentrated– so the smallest amount goes a very long way. It is amazing alone or used with a Clarisonic, and the convenient squeeze tube makes it perfect for the shower. You will love it, and so will your overnight guests.

*Mario Badescu Citrus Body Cleanser is a an utterly delectable fusion of Grapefruit and Orange extracts that gently exfoliate dry skin,  while the Linden extract hydrates. It makes the skin feel amazingly refreshed, smooth and hydrated.

*Beauty and Bees Tasmanian Real Beer Shampoo Bar (reviewed here) is a wonderfully hydrating bar shampoo that works wonders on dry hair and scalp, but is wonderful for all types of hair. It leaves my curly hair soft, shiny and manageable.

*Beauty and Bees Tasmanian Real Beer Hair Conditioner (reviewed here) is a super concentrated highly moisturizing bar conditioner that is unbelievably effective at taming unruly hair, and leaving hair glossy and gorgeous.

Conquering Chapped Lips:

Nothing will prevent you from wearing your new Holy Grail matte lipstick faster than chapped winter lips. So the next time you are at the drugstore buy a wide assortment of lip balms to have on hand for you, your family and your guests. In fact, Keep a bowl of them in the bathroom so that guests can choose one!

*ChapStick Moisture Hydration Lock in Vanilla Cream (reviewed here) is a staple in my house because it is so emollient, hydrating, and a true enemy of dry chapped lips. It is affordable enough to have on hand for family and friends.

*ChapStick in Citrus Jelly Bean (reviewed here) is one of the fun flavors that will make fending off chapped lips a pleasant experience. 

*Body Drench Lip Drench Eucalyptus Moisturizing Lip Balm is a very refreshing lip balm that moisturizes parched lips while making them tingle just a little bit.

For Whatever Ails You:

When boo-boos occur, as they often do, have a few essentials on hand just in case! Other than obvious things like band aids and antibiotic cream– it's a good idea to take stock of what you have, and what you need just in case.

*Painted Earth Skincare Boo-Boo Gel is brilliant multitasker that heals pimples. minor burns, bites and cuts. According to Painted Earth, "Smooth it on daily for blemish free skin. Then grab it when you need it for burns, bites, and small cuts. It’s full of great ingredients that calm and heal the skin.…just about anything skin related. Inevitably accidents do happen during the holiday season since so many activities are done in great haste, and periodically that leads to an overzealous curling iron the the face, or a burn from the oven rack because one's mind may be running through the list of what needs to be done, rather than focusing on the task at hand. There is absolutely nothing nicer than having new toothbrushes and toothpaste on hand for unforeseen house guests or those who simply forgot to pack theirs. It is such a small thing to remember, but your guests will remember the extent of your hospitality.

*Colgate Enamel Health Whitening Toothpaste, Clean Mint Paste is my current favorite go-to toothpaste. It helps whiten and brighten, and tastes fresh and minty.

*Colgate 360 Enamel Health Sensitive Toothbrush is really nice gentle toothbrush that will work well for everybody, but if you have overnight guests with sensitive teeth they will be thanking you for not giving them a hard toothbrush!

While plaque fighting mouthwash might seem to be a less than interesting product to include on my list– it strikes me as a perfectly reasonable thing to have on hand during the holidays when one tends to eat, drink and be merry in excess, and this is a good line of defense against all of those indulgences. 

Dentyl Active has a cult-following in England and throughout the world, but can be procured from Amazon in the US. This is a really unusual mouthwash because it is completely alcohol free, and has the unique distinction of having a dual phase formula that one needs to shake before using.

It is both pleasant and effective, and unlike any mouthwash that I have ever tried.

*Dentyl pH Smooth Mint Mouthrinse (500ml)is a delicious mellow mint that doesn't have the synthetic taste of so many of the drugstore brand mouthwashes on the market. It's not just highly effective, but it's also pleasurable to use.

While this list is hardly a conclusive one, these items do give me some peace of mind knowing that they are there for all to enjoy and use.

Empties Post Volume XXV: September 2014 Edition

I somehow thought that I would use up more products in September, but I suppose that testing out so many new products prevented me from using up many of my near-empties (many of which will likely be finished in October). The few things that I did get through in September were mostly much loved products that I will likely repurchase when the time comes. (Press Samples & Purchased by me. Affiliate Links).

The Organic Pharmacy Antioxidant Face Gel (discussed here): This is an amazing antioxidant rich anti-aging gel that is fast absorbing and very lightweight. It lifts, tones, improves the texture of the skin, and imparts glorious radiance. This is a definite repurchase item for me, and yet another masterpiece from The Organic Pharmacy.

Aroma M Camellia Body/Bath Oil (reviewed here): Aroma M makes some of the most amazing oils that I have tried! Maria's Camellia Body/Bath Oil is a luxurious and delectable oil that leaves skin so soft and moisturized, and the smell is utterly divine.

Aroma M Camellia Face Oil (reviewed here): This is a golden wonder with a hypnotic scent, and what it does for the skin is nothing short of miraculous! My skin is left soft, silky and glowing after each use, and the experience of using it makes me very happy.

Rituals Magic Touch Cherry Blossom & Rice Milk Whipped Body Cream: This is an utterly amazing body cream! The whipped texture feels amazing to the touch, and this baby really nourishes the skin leaving it unbelievably soft, supple and silky. The scent is sweet and very pleasing.

Red Flower Moisturizing Body Lotion Blood Orange: I love this lotion so much because it imparts the perfect amount of moisture to the skin and the Blood Orange scent is intoxicatingly delicious!

Aveeno Positively Nourishing Calming Body Wash in Lavender: A very nice body wash with a lovely lather and the delightful scent of lavender!

Bikini Soft Shave Oil (reviewed here): This is a really effective shave oil that facilitates a close shave and it leaves skin unbelievably soft and silky!

Almay Oil Free Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Pads: These makeup remover pads are so effective at removing every single trace of makeup-- no matter how stubbornly it clings to my eyes. Despite the fact that it is referred to as gentle-- it actually stings my super sensitive eyes. If your eyes are not very sensitive and you if are looking for a very effective eye makeup remover-- then these are worth your consideration. If, however, your eyes are like mine-- then these may sting too much to be worth trying. While I loved their efficacy, I won't be repurchasing them.

Alaffia African Black Soap (reviewed here): This is a definite repurchase item! Alaffia's African Black Soap is a multipurpose unscented earthy soap that can be used from head to toe. It's a definite favorite in my household!

J.R. Watkins Aloe Green Tea Hand Soap (reviewed here): J.R. Watkins Hand Soaps are just amazing! They leave your hands soft, silky and hydrated-- plus the scent is so lovely! I will always repurchase their hand soaps because the quality is so outstanding, and using them is just so pleasurable!

TAYA Amazon White Clay Thickening Conditioner (reviewed here): A lovely moisturizing and thickening conditioner that leaves hair so soft and shiny. I'm very pleased with TAYA products!

J.R. Watkins Naturals Foaming Hand Soap in Lemon Review

J.R. Watkins makes my very favorite liquid hand soaps (previously reviewed here) and I seriously doubted that I would find one that I preferred until they were kind enough to send me their new Naturals Foaming Hand Soap in Lemon. I still love their other liquid hand soaps, but I am obsessed with this new creamy foamy soap so much that I actually look forward to washing my hands. I know this sounds a touch crazy, but this soap is beautifully infused with the most delectable smelling lemons, and it is moisturizing and creamy-dreamy to the touch. You already know that I have a quirky need to really enjoy the tactile effects of the skincare items that I use, and this hand soap ticks all of those sensory experiential boxes for me-- making it a huge winner in my book!

The foam shown below is one full pump, but it is a bit more than one actually needs to clean their hands since the formula is quite concentrated.

Overall assessment: You can probably already guess that I need to try all of the other scents! Furthermore, if you peruse the company website-- you will see that they have many beautiful looking body and face products, and even gorgeous Lip Tints (including a lovely pink). Therefore, I think that it is fair to say that it's time for me to look to J.R. Watkins for far more than just hand soaps and house cleaning products. Knowing how expertly they make those products one can only imagine how great the rest of the line is!

J.R. Watkins Naturals Hand Soap in Lemon and Aloe & Green Tea Reviews

As I have mentioned several times before, I love delicious smelling and moisturizing liquid hand soaps, and I have a tendency to pick them up in multiples when I am at the grocery store (particularly when they are on sale). On my last trip I picked up the delectably scented J.R. Watkins Naturals Hand Soaps in Aloe & Green Tea and Lemon because they smelled deliciously refreshing and were utterly irresistible to me. When I tried them I was delighted that they left my hands soft and smooth, and smelling delicious. These hand soaps are so lovely that they have earned pride of place in my arsenal of favorite hand soaps. If you love liquid hand soaps then these are definitely worth trying! They also make liquid hand soaps in Lavender, Orange Citrus, and Grapefruit-- and all of them smell fantastic! I have seen them on sale periodically-- so keep an eye out!

Aloe & Green Tea: The clean, fresh scent of aloe and green tea refreshes your mood and helps you focus. It’s like strolling through a sunny meadow at the first sign of spring.

Lemon: Lemon cookies, bars or cake fresh from Grandma’s oven…yes, it’s just as tempting and refreshing as that.

Ingredients: Water, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium chloride, cocamidopropyl betaine, ethanol, glycerin, tocopheryl acetate, fragrance/parfum, Citrus grandis (grapefruit) peel oil, methylisothiazolinone.

Overall assessment: I will definitely be repurchasing both of these delightful hand soaps, but next time I will buy the other three scents!
