As previously noted, I first fell head-over-heels in love with WYLYS skincare when I first tried it in one of my favorite Boxwalla Beauty Boxes, and since that time my love has only grown. WYLYS is a luxury K-Beauty brand, but they marry the best of K-Beauty with extraordinary French manufacturing. WYLYS (When You Love Your Skin) produces highly effective products that boast stunning textures, real results and a skincare experience to be savored.

I was so thoroughly impressed by their products that I purchased the products that I had finished up, and even purchased products that I had not yet tried, such as the WYLYS Liquid V-Lift Replenishing One-Step Serum.

It has a watery consistency, a lovely floral herbal aroma and this Vegan peptide-rich serum– which is filled with ultra-effective ingredients such as Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Vegan Collagen, Vegan Elastin and Baobab Extract– to name a few–  was formulated to be a hydrating and serious anti-aging heavyweight contender. The watery fluid is immediately absorbed by the skin, and it leaves behind no sort of unpleasant residue. It was carefully conceived to hydrate the skin and leave it soft and smooth, and it plumps fine lines and it actually lifts the skin– do not ask me how, but it really plumps and lifts fine lines where other products have failed. Overall Assessment: I haven't been this impressed by an anti-aging serum in years, this golden elixir harnesses some serious anti-aging power and potency, and while this was a definite splurge, it has proven to be a very worthy one. A+

I just discovered LINA Lightweight Universal Balm, and I am so excited to share it with you. This seriously multipurpose balm can be used on the face, hair and body, but avoid eye contact. It is a very nourishing and emollient balm that is ultra concentrated. Warm a small amount up in clean hands and then massage it into the skin– face and body– as well as the scalp, hair, hands and feet. It melts into the skin and leaves it nourished, moisturized, soothed and calmed. Made with organic ingredients, this vegan balm is crafted in California. Dr. Althea Green Tea Fresh Sunscreen is made by a wonderful K-Beauty skincare brand, and this SPF50+ PA++++ broad-spectrum chemical sunscreen is lightweight and it leaves behind no white cast, whatsoever.  Formulated with green tea leaf water, and seven different types of centella extract to, "reduce redness and leave skin feeling refreshed. Sodium DNA in the mix enhances skin barrier repair. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive and oily skin." It has no scent, and it feels very comfortable on the skin. I have also noted that it serves as a very nice base for my foundation or tinted moisturizer, functioning much like a primer.

My latest discovery is The A Method Reti-Xo Retinol Exosome Serum, and this highly effective gel-based retinol serum is worthy of note. I have found that it doubles as a primer and therefore increases the longevity of my foundations and tinted moisturizers. It has a very faint clean aroma, but it isn't long-lasting or imposing. If you only use mineral sunscreens, then this isn't for you, but if you are interested in a cruelty-free and vegan chemical sunscreen that protects the skin against UVA and UVB rays, then this high SPF, FDA approved, sunscreen is definitely worthy of your attention.

LUV UR SKIN Scrub Off Pure Bamboo Face Scrub is a cruelty-free and vegan face scrub, from this wonderful Australian brand, that is gentle and effective. It is perfect for teens and adults alike, and it leaves skin soft, smooth, supple and luminous. The Bamboo Powder offers effective exfoliation without damaging the skin or leaving it irritated or red. I find it effective, and the light refreshing aroma is very pleasant.

Skin looks and feels as though one took a trip to an esthetician for a professional facial after use. While I don't often have breakouts, I do like to unclog my pores through masking, and this one leaves my skin looking and feeling amazing. My skin is left clean, pores cleared and this is done efficiently without stripping or drying out my balanced/combination skin.
