Dr. Althea ABC Glow Whipped Serum is a unique hydrating and radiance-boosting serum that is dispensed as a foam, but quickly transforms into a watery liquid that is very fast-absorbing. Dr. Althea Aqua Marine Deep Serum is a hydrating serum, which contains Hyaluronic Acid, that is very effective for dehydrated skin and skin that needs a little extra hydration. I give the bottle a good shake before use, and then massage a small amount of the lightweight serum into my skin and it immediately sinks in and leaves behind no residue. It leaves my skin hydrated, soft, smooth and glowing. I immediately follow with a face oil or moisturizer, but I can definitely see the difference in my hydration levels and retention.

TIRTIR Niacinamide 20% Serum Review

TIRTIR Niacinimide 20% Serum is a serum that is formulated to treat hyperpigmentation, diminish the appearance of blemishes and leave skin decidedly smooth and radiant. Furthermore, the Hyaluronic Acid deeply hydrates the skin and plumps fine lines and the Retinol reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The 20% Niacinimide works hard to fade hyperpigmentation leaving the complexion more even in tone. TIRTIR, which is made in Korea, is known for their effective and affordable products, and this serum definitely underscores that point. While my skin seldom has blemishes, I do need hydration and I do have some sun damage (hyperpigmentation), and this serum is slowly fading those spots. Since this does include ingredients such as Retinol, it is extremely important to use a high SPF sunscreen daily since you can cause more damage if you don't. It is also very important to consult with your doctor about your skin, and have them evaluate any moles, spots of discoloration, or anything that could potentially be melanoma, skin cancer, or pre-cancerous spots. The last thing that one should do is use active ingredients on those spots. As I have noted many times before, I regularly have my doctor evaluate my skin for any potentially suspicious spots and moles, and the ingredients in the products that I am considering.

ANUA asserts that this is for irritated and red skin caused by dryness, and not with a root cause in any sort of disease. I find it particularly effective after I have lightly exfoliated my skin because it calms it down very quickly. It is fragrance-free, has no detectable aroma and it is ultra-lightweight and fast-absorbing. Furthermore, it contains three different types of Hyaluronic Acid, and therefore it is deeply hydrating, retains hydration and it plumps fine lines.

HH Science Needle Free Serum Review

HH Science Needle Free Serum is formulated to soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by plumping and softening them. I cannot compare its efficacy to that of fillers– because I have never sought out fillers– but I can say that this serum does temporarily plump the skin and therefore decreases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic Acid plumps fine lines and offers serious hydration, and HH Science asserts that regular use improves/reactivates collagen and elastin synthesis. Niacimide is known to help reduce inflammation and the appearance of hyperpigmentation, as well as improving the overall texture of the skin, and therefore it works quite well in conjunction with Hyaluronic Acid. 

This clear serum has a watery consistency, it has no aroma, and it melts into the skin immediately. While I do not have deep wrinkles, I do I have some expression lines, and I definitely note a softening and plumping effect in those areas after using this serum for about 1 1/2 weeks. I apply it to my face and neck once a day, and as directed I avoid the eye area. My skin is left plumped, hydrated and luminous.

The cold outdoors immediately followed by the heated indoors has definitely dehydrated my skin, and this mighty little serum is really helping. This mid-weight serum melts into the skin immediately, and it offers serious on-demand hydration. Formulated with Ginger Root Extract, which reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and Ceramides, to firm and hydrate, skin is left soft, smooth, supply, hydrated and lines softened. Bloomeffects Tulip Dew Sunscreen Serum SPF 50 ($65.00 for 1.86 oz.): I have used quite a few luxury sunscreens over the years, but this one is particularly special. This SPF 50 mineral sunscreen offers excellent protection against the harmful rays of the sun, but in addition to using Zinc Oxide in its formulation, they employ the use of Tulip Extract, Bisabolol, Shiitake Mushroom extract, Kakadu plum extract, Plum pine fruit extract and Burdekin plum fruit extract.
