Blinc Cosmetics Eyeshadow Sticks in Bronze & Champagne are stunning examples of budge-proof cream eyeshadows that stay put until you remove them! BY TERRY STYLO BLACKSTAR 3-in-1 Eyeshadow Stick is a wonderful waterproof 3-in-1 eyeshadow, eyeliner and eye contour stick. It boasts a lightweight texture that effortlessly glides across the skin and deposits color evenly, but it is a little more dry than creamy eyeshadow sticks– presumably because it is both waterproof and it also functions as an eyeliner. I only have the Smoky Black shade from this range, and because it is an intense black I only use it as an eyeliner pencil. While it is thicker than traditional eyeliners, it has a build-in sharpener to keep the tip sharp (housed in the removable bottom of the tube). Once it sets it does not budge until I remove it at night. It doesn't flake, fade or transfer in the least bit, but I should note that I do not have oily eyelids. I find the formula has such longevity that I don't even need to use a primer, but if you have oily eyelids you might want to use a primer.

I really love cream eyeshadows, and the By Terry Ombre Blackstar Eyeshadows are my very favorite. I have used them for years, and they are the cream shadows that I reach for the most.

The By Terry Ombre Blackstar formula is long-lasting, budge-proof and smudge-proof from the moment that it sets until the time that you remove it– I kid you not! In fact, I have to use a duo-phase makeup remover to take it off. However, if you have particularly oily eyelids your wear-time may vary, and you may find the need to use a primer.
