I leave mine on the edge of my bath tub where it isn't exposed to moisture, and simply gently sweep this incredibly concentrated bar across my skin once my shower is over and my skin is still a little damp. Atelier Perfumes Summer Roses Body Oil is the Best I Have Ever Used

This summer I used body oils more than anything else to moisturize my skin, and what became very obvious to me was the fact that one stood out above all the rest. Aftelier Perfumes Summer Roses Body Oil is my holy grail body oil that is utterly peerless in the vast sea of body oils. It is a true revelation. If you are looking for an exquisite ultra-luxe lovingly handcrafted body oil, then I highly recommend this gorgeous Mandy Aftel creation. I have used this oil for quite some time now, and cannot find anything that even comes close to this gem.

As I have previously noted,

Aftelier Perfumes Summer Roses Body Oil is unlike anything that you have ever experienced, and as an award winning perfumer and an avid rose gardener– with a gorgeous rose garden of her own– Mandy knows as much about roses as most horticulturists and botanists. Additionally, Summer Roses Body Oil can be used as a hair oil, and in that capacity it effectively fights frizz and fly-aways, conditions and moisturizes the scalp and hair, and it leaves hair manageable. The veil of fragrance is such a treat in the hair since it is ever-present throughout the day.

The elegant minimalist glass bottle is beautiful and befitting of the masterpiece that it houses, and it is so lovely that you will want to repurpose it after you finish Summer Roses.

Fab Finds for Summer Fun at Home

It is perfect after a summer day playing in the sun, but don't forget to apply and reapply your high SPF sunscreen!

While it is intended for "ages 3-99"– one must pay attention to the chocking hazard warning since there are many small parts. Therefore, adults should carefully supervise children playing with set, and should not them play with it unattended.

Sciabica California Olive Oil is a new-to-me brand that makes wonderful olive oils to eat, and olive oil-based skincare products. I have tried two of their skincare products, a moisturizing oil and a soap, and they are both sensational.

Sciabica's Lemongrass Olive Oil Soap ($8.00 from Sciabica California Olive Oil): This beautifully aromatic soap boasts a luscious creamy lather, a delectable lemongrass aroma and the gorgeous scent lingers. It thoroughly cleans the skin and leaves it soft and moisturized. I am utterly obsessed with this soap, and if you love lemongrass, then this is a must-have.

From the smell to the texture, to the way that it effortlessly penetrates the skin, and finally to the way it makes your skin incredibly soft and unbelievably moisturized. It smells the way that velvet feels in that it is rich, cozy and luxurious. It has a decadent woodsy floral fragrance that it such a treat to the senses. I noticed that my skin felt silky smooth and softer than you can imagine. This antioxidant-rich dry oil is intensely moisturizing and it effortlessly melts into the skin leaving it soft, smooth and supple.The grape, sesame and argan oils, in concert with the shea butter, make this wondrous oil very nourishing.
