My experience: First, one must note the sheer brilliance in the pragmatic design of the pads themselves:  these double-sided rounds reveal one side that is comprised of repeated concentric circles that provide enhanced friction and hence greater exfoliation to effectively dislodge dead skin cells. The other side is smooth and soft lending itself to more refined exfoliation after the heavy lifting has been done by the other side. The end result? Unbelievably soft and smooth skin that is calmed by the aloe and chamomile, yet radically exfoliated by the AHA and BHA multi fruit acids.

This extraordinary multitasking anti-aging treatment leaves skin soft, smooth and utterly regenerated. Regular use results in a pronounced softening of lines, improved clarity and texture, and an overall lifting and tightening effect. I like to think of the Age Defying Exfoliating Pads as an exfoliator and an anti-aging serum in one easy to use highly efficient delivery system. I lightly apply the more textured side first and gently exfoliate in a circular motion. While removing dead skin cells the potent antioxidants are able to penetrate the skin to work their anti-aging magic. Afterward I turn the pad over and repeat the same motion, and then finally sweep away any dead skin cells that were left behind. This nightly ritual leaves skin luminous and gorgeous, but the most pronounced results are seen the next morning. At the expense of sounding a bit like a broken record, I must once again profess my undying love and commitment to Radical Skincare. As I have previously stated, the story of the Edlich sisters and their approach to creating the best skincare products filled with the highest quality ingredients for themselves, and without the intention of bringing the line to market is nothing short of inspirational.

My experience: As improbable as it may seem, my skin felt indescribably fantastic after just a single use of Radical Anti-Aging Replenishing Extreme Moisture. This deeply nourishing cream made my skin feel profound and immediate hydration, and it had an obvious brightening effect. My skin was left soft, supple, smooth, and very moisturized. After more than a month of use I noticed a softening of my fine lines, and while my skin is not slack it appeared to have improved elasticity. It is neither too thick, nor too thin, and it boasts the perfect amount of richness. It sinks in quickly and leaves behind no greasy film or residue, and it delivers the perfect amount of hydration wherever it is needed. Initially I thought that this cream might have been too rich for my decidedly combination skin, however using it soon allayed my fears. This cream is very gentle so even those for whom sensitive skin is an issue will benefit from this amazing product. I have many many facial creams, but this is by far the one that I reach for the very most. It is very concentrated-- so a jar will last a long time.

Key Ingredients:

Sodium Hyaluronate: Is the key water maintaining substances in human skin. Bad living environment and aging can cause the decrease of HA content in skin, and as a result the water maintaining ability of the skin is weakened and the skin looks dry and rough. Sodium Hyaluronate has high moisturizing and water content reguating function and its solution has high viscoelasticity and lubricity. When HA solution is applied on the surface of skin, it can form an air permeable layer and keep the skin moist and smooth. As a result, it plays a role of wrinkle removing, look improving and health protecting. Hylasome- Delivery system for water and a free radical scavenger. It is highly moisturizing, slow delivery of water, safe and more effective than HA (hyaluronic acid). Has 5 times the water binding capacity of hyaluronic acid.

Tripeptides: Tripeptide has become an increasingly important ingredient in recent years and proving to be the ingredient of choice for anti-aging products. A Tripeptide belongs to the peptide family of amino acids and is basically a specialized molecule and a synthetic peptide containing three amino acid residues joined by peptide bonds. Tripeptides help improve skin condition as well as giving it a smoother appearance and specifically target skin cell renewal through the regeneration of collagen.

Synovea: Some unique characteristics are that it is effective in skin lightening and even toner for normal skin, and effective skin lightening for hyper-pigmented skin. This ingredient is reported to have a protective effect against oxidative DNA damage in human lymphocytes induced by hydrogen peroxide. It is also reported to have an inhibitory effect against the formation of Maillard reaction product. Synovea HR is a safe and effective skin lightener, it can also be used alone or in combination with other cosmetic active ingredients utilizing it’s skin lightening, antibacterial and skin protection properties.

Vitamin E: This active ingredient preserves the skin against aggressivity of free radicals created by oxydation coming from exposure to pollution, excess of sun and age.

You would never know that this flawless skin beauty had battled Rosacea. We spoke at great length, and not only is she a delightful and highly intelligent woman, but she is proof positive that Radical Skincare products really work. I had to apologize as I studied her beautiful skin, and finally had to tell her that not only did she have utterly beautiful skin, but that it was so hard to believe that she ever had suffered with Rosacea.

If you have sensitive skin, or Rosacea this cream will delight you with its efficacy, delicacy and potency. However, this cream is so phenomenal that it will do wonders for all skin types. Overall assessment: I'm in love, what can I say?! This is my most beloved and most reached for facial cream, and my natural inclination to use it more often than any other cream that I own is proof positive that Radical Skincare is a truly amazing line.

I often find that skincare companies have trouble delivering on all of their claims, but that simply isn't the case with Radical Skincare. If anything, they understate the efficacy of their products. After using the mask my skin is unbelievably radiant and luminous-- something akin to a very healthy glow. Skin is immediately transformed from dull to radiant, and has the added benefit of being deeply nourished and hydrated. My skin is left soft, smooth, supple, and glowing-- the results are really that remarkable. In my closet filled with masks I don't have anything that produces such radical results! Furthermore watching the metamorphoses from serum to creamy foam to bursting oxygenated bubbles is fun, and it feels wonderfully refreshing against the skin!
