CLE Cosmetics Fluid Touch Liquid Liner is a long-wearing waterproof liquid eyeliner that is very easy to use. It has a fine point for very fine lines, but can also make thicker lines by using the edge of the pen. The black shade can be applied with a light touch for less intense pigmentation, or built up for a rich and highly saturated application of color. I have sensitive eyes, and this formula is gentle and non-irritating for me. If you love a classic cat-eye, this is a great tool for the job!

SURRATT Auto-Graphique Eyeliner in Chat Noir is a refillable liquid eyeliner with a wonderfully effective bush tip that was inspired by Japanese calligraphy brushes. The fine tip facilitates precise application ranging from the finest line to the thickest cat eye. The application is very smooth, with no skipping, and it offers buildable coverage without every flaking or pilling. Once the liner sets, it is budge-proof and lasts on me all day. I don't need to use a primer for all-day wear, but I do not have oily eyelids, therefore your wear-time may vary. I have plenty of liquid liners, but this is definitely my favorite, and while I don't wear a liquid liner every single day, this is the one that I reach for when I do. It is very user-friendly, and there is no steep learning curve to get the perfect cat-eye (whether subtle or extreme).

Overall Assessment: This is definitely my favorite liquid eyeliner, and it was a worthwhile purchase for me. I am also very happy that it is refillable so that I can just buy the refill cartridges in the future. If you are seeking a new liquid eyeliner, then I definitely recommend trying this one. It applies wet, but it dries down like a powder, and stays put all day long– with little to no sparkle fallout. I wear it without a primer, but if you have particularly oily eyelids– then you might want to use a primer. Bronzed is a gorgeous antiqued bronze with an intense metallic shimmer that is ultra-flattering.

It glides across the lips effortlessly, deposits color evenly, and it neither migrates, nor feathers. The formula is intensely pigmented, and it offers full opaque coverage with a single pass. Furthermore, it clings to the lips with some tenacity for long-wear, it is moisturizing, and it has a gentle plumping effect without any discomfort. There is a very slight refreshing, tingle, but it is pleasant rather than uncomfortable.
Plush Rush Lipstick in Lucky is described as a mauve pink creme plumping lipstick. I would characterize it as more of a peachy pink nude.

STEP 1
Stand 6 inches away from a mirror and tilt your chin up, so that when you look down your nose into the mirror, you can see your entire eyelid. Dab concealer or dust translucent powder on your upper lids. Blend well with a sponge or lightly pat with a fingertip to cover veins and prevent creasing.
STEP 2
Before applying liner, determine your eye shape. If eyes are close-set or round, line only the outer corners. Otherwise, line the entire upper lid.
STEP 3
