This summer I wore nearly no makeup, in fact I don't generally wear a lot to begin with. When I was a teenager my unbelievably chic French cousin wore her makeup with such sophistication and simplicity– she always looked stunning and she wore very little makeup, and it absolutely never wore her. My go-to-products this summer were lip gloss or lip balm, eyeliner and a light and natural-looking pink blush. Surratt Artistique Blush in Guimauve is described by Surratt as a "marshmallow pink" definitely is on the demure end of the Surratt color spectrum, but as such this stunning light blue-based pink is one that can be used on a daily basis. Guimauve is soft, smooth, creamy and glides across the skin effortlessly, evenly and blends out seamlessly. While it is a powder it feels like a cream to the touch as a result of the slurry technology employed in its making.
