FOREO ISSA MINI 3 is my latest FOREO toothbrush, and it is oh so good! Don't let the fact that this is a "mini" cause you to question its efficacy– it is a very effective sonic toothbrush that thoroughly cleans teeth, gums, tongue and cheeks. I have found that using a sonic toothbrush is a proactive step in my daily oral health, and for me sonic toothbrushes do a better job of cleaning teeth and gums than standard manual toothbrushes. The silicone bristles gently clean gums while the combination of silicone bristles and PBT polymer bristles do a very effective job cleaning my teeth. As I have said before, I really like for my teeth to feel ultra clean, and for me the inner core of PBT polymer bristles provide the requisite degree of tension against the teeth to remove food particles, stains and plaque. On the back of the brush, there are raised ridges specifically designed to clean the tongue, and they do so efficiently given their shape coupled with the sonic vibrations.

I use this toothbrush twice a day, and it is gentle on my sensitive teeth, gums and tongue, but without sacrificing efficacy. Furthermore, it cleans without stripping, and it does leaves my mouth feeling refreshed. I use a variety of toothpastes from the whitening variety to normal drugstore brands, and the results are always excellent.

FOREO ESPADA Blue Light Acne Treatment Review

I am a big fan of FOREO, and think that their devices are just brilliant. I recently tested the FOREO ESPADA Blue Light Acne Treatment device, and I was thoroughly impressed by its efficacy. I should preface this by stating that I do not have acne, but I do periodically have tiny breakouts from hormones or from a negative reaction to products that I test. As luck would have it, soon after I received the ESPADA I had a  negative reaction to something, or some combination of products that I was testing and that resulted in a few uncomfortable pimples. I usually just spot-treat with a clay mask or targeted treatment for breakouts, but I decided to try this instead, and it worked quite well! In fact, my breakouts had noticeably reduced in size and redness after a single treatment, and were gone after a couple of treatments. 

After you wash and dry your face, you simply turn on the ESPADA™ and aim it so that your pimple is in the center of the light. The Blue LED light and proprietary T-Sonic™ pulsations automatically activate once the device is in contact with the skin. You only have to hold the device on your pimple for 30 seconds, and the built-in timer will pulse to let you know that you are finished. You can treat the same pimple up to four times, if you need to, or you can move onto the next one.

FOREO BEAR Mini Smart Microcurrent Facial Toning Device Review

The FOREO BEAR Collection features two Smart Microcurrent Facial Toning Devices, the full-size FOREO BEAR ($299.00) and the FOREO BEAR Mini ($199.00). If you having been wanting a first-rate microcurrent toning device, and you want to safe some money, then the FOREO BEAR Mini is ultra-effective and it costs $100.00 less than its full size counterpart. I have both of them and find them both incredibly effective, and if you travel a lot the Mini is a great choice. The FOREO BEAR does have 5 speeds, to the Mini's 3 speeds, and the former is designated as offering a "full facial and targeted" treatment, whereas the Mini is designated as "targeted" alone. However, I actually find the Mini so effective that one could certainly get exceptional results with the smaller device alone. Obviously the full-size BEAR offers more efficiency since it covers larger areas of skin, but I have found no deficits in the Mini, whatsoever.

FOREO BEAR Mini Smart Microcurrent Facial Toning Device ($199.00 from FOREO) is an easy to use ergonomic facial toning device that is as effective as it is fun to use. 

To reiterate, they come in two sizes, the full size FOREO BEAR ($299.00) and the BEAR Mini ($199.00), and I think that the FOREO BEAR Mini perfectly suited for regular use. The FOREO BEAR has more settings and features than the Mini, but if you travel a lot and want to save some money, the the Mini might be the best choice for you.

Microcurrent devices are heralded for their ability to tone, firm and lift aging skin and muscles. They also stimulate the muscles, hence this is why you often hear people state that they are like a visit to the gym for the face. However, these types of devices do not offer permanent results, therefore in order to maintain the effects one must continue to use the device.

The FOREO BEAR Collection transmits a microcurrent directly to the skin, through a conducting gel, or the FOREO Serum Serum Serum, and microcurrent devices should never be used on bare skin. Furthermore, one should always use a conducting gel or serum specifically made for this purpose. 

Often touted as an at-home face lift, microcurrent devices make the skin look and feel refreshed, rejuvenated and more youthful. FOREO BEAR and FOREO BEAR Mini have T-Sonic Pulses that help to improve circulation, which in turn helps to eliminate toxins. After use skin looks smoother, softer, lifted, luminous and more youthful.

FOREO BEAR and FOREO BEAR Mini can be used once a day (AM or PM), but I only use it a couple of times a week for about 2 minutes each session. I do not have many fine lines, but the few that I do have become far less visible when I use this device. I only use it on my face, and avoid using it on my neck, but my skin looks smoother, my fine lines are visibly diminished and my skin is lightly plumped and decidedly radiant.

1. Start by making sure that your skin is clean and dry.

2. Massage 1-2 pumps of serum onto your face, neck & décolleté using circular motions.

FOREO ISSA 3 Sonic Toothbrush is a very effective sonic toothbrush that thoroughly cleans teeth, gums, tongue and cheeks. I have found that using a sonic toothbrush is a proactive step in my daily oral health, and for me sonic toothbrushes do a better job of cleaning teeth and gums than standard manual toothbrushes. I prefer using a sonic to a standard electric toothbrush because the sonic pulses boast tremendous efficacy.

I have used a wide variety of electric toothbrushes over the years, and I find the FOREO ISSA 3 Sonic Toothbrush to be more effective and pleasurable to use. I love the innovative modern design, the ergonomic handle for comfortable use and the combination of gentle silicone bristles that surround the inner core of PBT polymer bristles. 

The silicone bristles gently clean gums while the combination of silicone bristles and PBT polymer bristles do a very effective job cleaning my teeth. I really like for my teeth to feel ultra clean, and for me the inner core of PBT polymer bristles provide the requisite degree of tension against the teeth to remove food particles, stains and plaque. On the back of the brush there are a series of raised ridges that were specifically designed to clean the tongue, and they do so efficiently given their shape coupled with the sonic vibrations.

I use this toothbrush twice a day, and it is gentle on my sensitive teeth, gums and tongue, but without sacrificing efficacy. Furthermore, it cleans without stripping, and it does leaves my mouth feeling refreshed. I use a variety of toothpastes from the whitening variety to normal drugstore brands, and the results are always excellent.

Directions:
