Skin Essentials BRIGHTEN + SMOOTH Serum with Encapsulated Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid is a very nice Vitamin C-based serum that brilliantly includes Hyaluronic Acid among its ingredients. In fact, the HA is the first ingredient on the list, and that means that it really offers significant hydration, and therefore you have the efficacy of a Vitamin serum along with the intensive hydration of an HA serum. Skin is left hydrated, fine lines are plumped and skin is visibly brightened. Sometimes I find Vitamin C serums a little drying for my normal/combination skin, but that is not the case here.

Overall Assessment: Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid is such a winning combination of ingredients. I am very impressed by the efficacy of this serum.

Skin Essentials REVITALIZE Exfoliating Polish is a very effective physical exfoliant with tiny uniform exfoliating particles that effectively slough dead skin cells and reveal soft and smooth skin. I use a very light-hand and let the scrub do all of the work. It really helps to dislodge congested pores and the Hyaluronic Acid hydrates the skin and helps to plump fine lines. I get good results using it once a week for my normal/combination skin. Additionally, I always use a high SPF sunscreen daily, abut am especially mindful to reapply when I exfoliate my skin to keep it very protected.
