1) Freeman Beauty Psssssst Volume Original Dry Shampoo in Original Citrus ($2.99 for 1.76 oz.): If you are a fan of dry shampoos, which are so nice to use between hair washings, then this refreshing citrus scented version is such a nice and affordable choice!

2) Proenza Schouler Arizona Eau de Parfum ($28.00 for 9ml/0.3 oz.): I only just received the February Beauty Box, and I haven't had the opportunity to do more than just spray it during my unboxing, but it is a fruity musky floral that smells lovely. I will have to see how it wears on my skin, but as a huge fan of Proenza Schouler, I have high hopes that I will love wearing this fragrance!

3) Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Invisible+ (a $5.00 value for 12 patches): These inventive patches offer an innovative way to spot treat pimples. I will definitely give then a try the next time that I have a breakout!

4) skinChemists Rose Quartz Lip Plump (Full size 32.00 for 8ml/0.27oz.): This minty lip plumper has a refreshing tingle, a gorgeous glossy finish, and it does in fact lightly plump the lips without burning or irritating mine.

5) Doucce Relentless Matte Lip Crayon in Spur (Full Size. $22.00 for 0.0098 oz.): This full-size matte lip crayon glides across the lips so effortlessly, and its creamy texture doesn't feel dry or stiff. Spur is a gorgeous nude brown, and unlike most matte lipsticks, I do not find that this one dries out my lips. It is long-lasting and I have found it transfer-proof.

The peachy shade has a lovely shimmer and the darker shade has a matte finish.

It has been quite a while since I have had the pleasure of a GLOSSYBOX Beauty Box, and I am lamenting the fact that I have really been missing out! The October Beauty Box is a real treat, and of the five products enclosed, three are full size with the remaining two deluxe samples.

Rituals Shower Happy Buddha Sweet Orange & Cedar Foaming Shower Gel Sensation (Full size $15.00 for 6.7 oz.): Longtime readers already know how much I love Rituals products, and their rich and creamy Shower Gels are among my very favorite body washes. Happy Buddha's delectable dense foam, coupled with its intoxicating sweet orange and cedar aroma, make this a shower-time treat that delights the senses. Furthermore, this is a very moisturizing body wash that thoroughly cleanses the skin without any stripping. I also love to use this to shave my legs and underarms!

According to Rituals,

Start each day with a boost of happiness with our Happy Buddha Shower Foam; that combines the citrus scent of Sweet Orange and warmth of Cedar Wood. 

Simply squeeze a small amount of gel into your hand, massage it into your skin and watch it transform into a rich, creamy, moisturizing foam. Lasts up to 50 showers (depending on how much you use!) 

To enhance this sweet fragrance, use the Touch of Happiness Body Cream after showering for the ultimate Laughing Buddha experience.

LUÉ by Jean Sec Erase Cleansing Exfoliating & Brightening Powder (Full Size $15.00 for 2 oz.): Simply mix a tablespoon Erase with a half tablespoon of water and mix it into a paste. Apply the paste to the face and let it sit for about a minute, in order for it to dry down, and then gently massage it into the skin to remove dead skin cells, dislodge blackheads and whiteheads from congested pores and to deeply cleanse the skin. If you wish to further exfoliate, then simply add another few drops of water to reactivate the paste, and then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. It leaves skin baby soft, silky smooth, vibrant and radiant.

Step 1 of LUE's Skin Solution Set, ERASE, is a cleansing, exfoliating & brightening powder. Made with non-fat milk powder, finely milled whole grain oats, and a touch of magnesium carbonate, this perfectly pH balanced gommage clears complexion, balances skin, and leaves it radiant and smooth.

Mix a tablespoon of ERASE with half a tablespoon of water to form a paste. Apply to face and let dry for one minute. While still damp, gently massage away. Paste should come off like eraser peels, taking blackheads out, softening complexion, and reducing the appearance of large pores. Add a drop of water to continue erasing if paste dries. Use twice a week or as needed. Can be used separately within any skincare regimen.

JAFRA Girl Squad Eau de Toilette (Deluxe Sample Purse Spray 0.23 oz. Full Size $33.00 for 1.7 oz.): I have only smelled this Eau de Toilette, but have not yet worn it.

Clove + Hallow Lip Glaze in Angelic (Deluxe Sample. Full Size $15.00): I have always been a gloss girl, and Clove + Hallow Lip Glaze is just my kind of gloss! It is lightweight, non-sticky, it offers a gorgeous luminous shine, it boasts beautiful pigmentation and it is very comfortable on the lips. Furthermore, it is hydrating, it is filled with healthy ingredients, has no discernible flavor or fragrance, and Angelic is the perfect my lips, but better mauve. I. AM. IN. LOVE.

Vasanti Eyeshadow Brush (Full Size $21.00): I can never have too many synthetic, tapered eyeshadow brushes, and Vasanti makes a really fine one. The tapered tip is ideal for picking up, laying down and blending color. The bristles are firm enough to be ultra-effective, and yet not so firm as to be scratchy. In fact, it is soft and smooth against the skin, and a real pleasure to use.

According to Vasanti,

Made with soft nylon bristles, this tapered eyeshadow brush is ideal for placing colour, highlighting and blending work. All Vasanti brushes are 100% synthetic and made with the highest quality nylon hairs that are tightly woven.  Brushes are cruelty-free as they don’t come from animal hairs.

Overall Assessment: Not only is the GLOSSYBOX October Beauty Box a great value, but I will also happily use everything in this box.

Glossybox February 2015 Love | Unveiling and Review

Believe it or not, this is my first experience with Glossybox, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed! I was luck enough to have received one of the few remaining February boxes this month, and I am still pinching myself in disbelief! It has surpassed my expectations!

Glossybox presentation is exquisite, and I was in a state of eager anticipation the moment that I saw this beautifully wrapped box!

The contents certainly did not disappoint, and five luxury products were definitely a cause for celebration!

Scalisi Skincare Cleanser and Exfoliator (Full Size. $25.00 for 3.4 oz.): Perfect to use before date night, this daily “mini facial” promises soft, glowing skin in a flash. Designed to prevent and repair visible wrinkles in tandem, this hybrid cleanser/exfoliator utilizes gentle microbeads to remove impurities and contains hydrating botanicals like jojoba, macadamia nut and sunflower oils. Massage onto wet skin using circular motions for one to two minutes. Rinse with warm water.

This is an utterly superb cleanser and exfoliator! It is gentle, but thoroughly removes dead skin without stripping! Skin is left bright and luminous! I am obsessed with Scalisi, and will be doing a full review very soon!

Overall Assessment: I'm smitten with everything that I received in this box, and that is generally a rarity for me with beauty boxes. There isn't a single item in here that I won't use, and based upon how I'm feeling it's a safe bet that I will be purchasing many of these items once I use them up. If this box is any indication of what one comes to expect from Glossybox, then I need more Glossyboxes in my life ASAP! For me, this box has earned an unmitigated A+!
