DHC Beauty Lift Eye Care Essence Roll-On | Review

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

The new year is the perfect time for each of us to reevaluate our skincare routines, and to add in products that really work, and to omit the products that don't. If you are seeking a lightweight serum for your delicate under eye area, then I would like to introduce you to DHC Beauty Lift Eye Care Essence Roll-On.

DHC Beauty Lift Eye Care Essence Roll-On is a very soothing eye treatment that contains oat kernel extract to firm, smooth and lift the skin, and mevalonolactone, ceramide 3, and pentapetide-18 to hydrate and lift. The head consists of three metal beads that massage the serum into the skin, and while doing so they cool, stimulate, de-puff and deliver hydration to the delicate and fragile skin underneath the eyes. The cooling sensation that one experiences from the three metal beads feels fantastic and refreshing against the skin, and the cooling metal in conjunction with the serum work rapidly at reducing any puffiness.

One of the key benefits that I have experienced is that my skin becomes luminous and dewy, and it leaves fine lines plumped. Additionally, I find this serum tremendously hydrating and it works magic in its ability to decrease the appearance of fine lines. For my skin, this can be used in lieu of a heavier eye cream because it gives plenty of hydration, but during the colder months it is best used underneath an eye cream because it really is more of a serum than a cream.

Simply click the bottom of the pen applicator to dispense the serum, but don't over click because you need very little serum to get great results.
Directions: After toning, roll apply onto eye area. For best results, use with other DHC Beauty Lift products. *For initial use, press pen about 10 times. Wipe off remaining serum on the roller after each use and close cap tightly. Do not press pen when closing cap.

Ingredients: Water, Glyceryl Tri (Caprylic Acid / Capric Acid), Bg, Rosinate, Hexa (Hydroxystearic Acid / Stearic Acid And Rosin Acids), Shea Oil, Pentylene Glycol, Mevalonolactone, Ceramide 3, Oat Kernel Extract, Was-18, Isostearic Acid, Arginine, Polysorbate 60, (Acrylates / Acrylic Acid Alkyl (C10-30) Crosspolymer,  Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carbomer, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexyl Glycerin.
This is far more serum than you would need for both eyes!
Overall Assessment: I love the results, and if you are seeking an effective eye serum that hydrates, softens fine lines, and eliminates puffiness– then this one is definitely worth your consideration.

DHC Beauty Lift Skincare Collection | Review

While you have undoubtedly heard of many of the wonderful DHC products on the market, and you may even be one of the many people who are obsessed with their iconic Deep Cleansing Oil, you may not have heard of their new Beauty Lift Collection. This is a wonderful 4-step anti-aging and lifting line that is remarkably lightweight, fast absorbing and hydrating. DHC adheres to a 4-Step Skincare routine to achieve radiant, beautiful skin.

Lasting good skin and health requires dedication. In skincare, that means committing to a proper step-by-step regimen. It's a small investment that can provide lifelong benefits.

I have 3 of the 4 products from this line, and am only lacking their Beauty Lift Milk (a lightweight moisturizer for firm and hydrated skin).
DHC Beauty Lift Lotion (Hydrating Lifting Toner) ($47.00 for 4.9 oz. from DHC): This is not a traditional toner that was created simply to remove leftover cleanser or to control oil production, but instead this is a hydrating lotion that adds a big dose of  hydration to the skin. You can apply it with a cotton pad or with your fingers, and either method works well. It is an emollient and silky liquid that soothes and hydrates the skin immediately. Used in conjunction with the Beauty Lift Essence serum and the Beauty Lift Cream, I noted that my skin was unbelievably hydrated, silky soft, supple and the appearance fine lines were softened and lifted. Furthermore, my skin has a dewy radiance when I use these three products. I like to apply Beauty Lift Lotion when my skin is still warm and damp after cleansing.

DHC Beauty Lift Lotion deeply hydrates and helps minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles for a smoother complexion. This hydrating toner promotes firmer, lifted-looking skin with intensely nourishing oat kernel extract and peptides.

In a clinical study, 100% of participants using the DHC Beauty Lift series experienced smoother skin in just 7 days.

Features:
  • Mevalonolactone helps hold onto hydration
  • Pentapeptide-18 improves elasticity and helps minimize expression lines
  • Oat kernel extract provides a lifting veil of moisture
  • Ceramide-3 promotes barrier strength
Directions: After washing face and patting dry, apply toner to skin with hands or DHC Silky Cotton. For best results use with other DHC Beauty Lift products.

Ingredients: water/aqua/eau, butylene glycol, glycerin, polysorbate 20, glycosyl trehalose, phenoxyethanol, hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, sodium glutamate, glutamic acid, octyldodecanol, sodium hydroxide, avena sativa (oat) kernel extract, sodium hyaluronate, mevalonolactone, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, ceramide 3, pentapeptide-18.
DHC Beauty Lift Essence (Silky-Soft Lifting Serum) ($49.00 for 1.6 oz. from DHC): This is a very lightweight gel-like serum that has a silky smooth emollient texture. I like to apply it before the toner sinks in, and the two together mix and absorb simultaneously. Skin is immediately luminous and dewy following this step, and this serum is a must-have for serum junkies seeking a wonderfully hydrating lifting serum.

Top to Bottom: Beauty Lift Cream and Beauty Lift Essence

DHC Beauty Lift Cream (Intensive Lifting Cream) ($57.00 for 1.7 oz. from DHC): Of these three products, I have to confess that I am the most obsessed with this cream. It boasts a featherweight, fast absorbing emollient consistency that feels ultra luxurious on the skin. My skin is left ultra hydrated, but it is neither over- moisturizing, nor does it sit on the skin leaving a greasy film behind. I have also added a small amount to a few foundations to make customized tinted moisturizers for a lovely dewy finish. It is an obsession-worthy cream that will offer a wonderful dose of hydration year round.

If you are not interested in a 4-Step skincare regimen, and want to try one of these products, then I would suggest trying the Beauty Lift Cream– it's amazing.
