Frøya Organics Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm is a super emollient daytime moisturizer formulated for aging skin of all types. I use a small scoop to remove a tiny amount of balm from the jar, then I warm it between my hands and massage it into warm and freshly cleansed skin that is still slightly damp. Since the formula is so concentrated, using a small amount ensures that there will be no oily residue left behind, but using too much will, and it is a waste of this luxurious balm. The water-free formula melts into the skin and leaves it soft, supple, nourished, deeply moisturized and luminous. The organic plant-based ingredients lend a light natural aroma to this balm, but it is quite light and unassuming.
This moisturizer does not include a sunscreen, and therefore once it sinks in I apply my high SPF sunscreen and then proceed with any makeup that I might wear on a given day.
The products are specifically made for people in harsh weather. In Norway, we have temperatures from 30 to -30 degrees and a lot of rain, wind, and snow. The products are made for extreme conditions. I have just received the Froya 4-piece kit. I would love some advice as to how to use each piece daily.

I do not use each of these pieces daily, but if I were to use them on a daily basis, I would use their eye balm day and night– using only tiny amount warmed between my fingers and then I would gently pat it under my eyes. I would use the day balm in the morning after washing my face and then I would gently massage a tiny amount in to my warm and slightly damp skin and I would use the same method in the night with their night balm. I only ever use face scrubs as needed, and your use may vary. What I do, may not work for you, and if you need further help with each of the products, then I would encourage you to reach out directly to the wonderful folks at Froya Organics– they are as lovely as their products!
