I really love using cleansing devices, and this is a particularly good one. Periodically my skin can be finicky and sensitive, and this brush is gentle and soft enough that I can use it twice a day, if I so desire. It thoroughly cleans skin, and leaves it super soft and clean without stripping it. As a sonic device, the head does not spin, but instead it vibrates at a high rate of speed, and you need only hold it lightly against your skin, rather than pressing it aggressively. It effortlessly whisks away dirt, debris and dead skin cells.
While the Soniclear Petite Antimicrobial Sonic Skin Cleansing Brush has three cleansing speeds, that enables you to customize cleansing routine, I tend to use mine on the lowest setting. It features a handy built-in automatic timer that beeps every 20 seconds to let you know that it is time to move to another area of your face so that you don't overdo it in any particular area. I dedicate these 20 second intervals to my forehead, T-Zone, right cheek, left cheek and finally my neck and décolleté, and the results are exquisite. I use a variety of cleansers, and simply choose whichever one that I feel like using at that particular moment, and I generally apply it directly to the damp brush head and then activate the lather with my finger before use. Of course you can use non-lathering cleansers as well, but I generally tend to prefer using those that lather with my cleansing brush.
