Osmosis Pür Medical Skincare Lift Away Cleansing Balm | Review

Press Sample

Osmosis Pür Medical Skincare Lift Away Cleansing Balm is a creamy dreamy cleaning balm that melts into the skin upon contact, and it dissolves all, and I mean all, makeup, dirt and impurities. It not only cleans out the pores, but it leaves skin hydrated and soothed without ever stripping, irritating or drying it. The texture is lightweight and very emollient, and yet when it is massaged into the skin with water is feels exceedingly light and hydrating. Skin feels refreshed, comfortable and clean without any greasiness left behind. It has no real scent to speak of, and will not bother people who are sensitive to aromatic skincare products. If you are a fan of cleansing balms and cleansing oils, whether you single or double cleanse, this is definitely one that is seriously worthy of your consideration.
According to Osmosis,

This soothing, lightweight cleansing balm absorbs into the skin to dissolve makeup and impurities, detoxify pores, and refine the complexion while maintaining barrier health with ingredients like mangosteen, elderberry fruit juices, and avocado oil for a refreshed glow.

Directions: Apply to damp hands and using fingertips, massage upwards to the full face. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or with a towel.

Key Ingredients and Their Attributes:

Mangosteen: Containing natural antibacterial properties, this super-fruit helps clear and prevent acne as it cleanses the skin of environmental toxins and debris. It is also rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties to promote healing and repair of skin cells and prevent free-radical damage.

Elderberry Fruit Juice: Holds extremely high levels of bioflavonoids to enhance the skin's immune function as well as provide antioxidant protection. It also plays the role of a natural detoxifier, helping to defend the skin against environmental stressors that can cause wrinkles and age spots.

Avocado Oil: A powerful dose of protein and fatty acids to heal and regenerate the skin back to a healthy, youthful state!

Ingredients:Water (Aqua), Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Persea Gratissima Oil, Decyl Glucoside, Coffea Arabica Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera Oil*, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)*, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Sambucus Nigra Fruit Juice, Mangifera Indica Juice, Garcinia Mangostana Fruit Juice, Pyrus Malus Fruit Extract, Eucalyptus Radiata Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Litsea Cubeba Fruit Oil, Citrus Nobilis Peel Oil, Citrus Sinensis Peel Oil, Allantoin, Ethyl Macadamiate, Tocopherol, Malic Acid, Coconut Alkanes, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Rice Oil Glycereth-8 Esters, Cetyl Hydroxyethylcellulose, C12-18 Alkyl Glucoside, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Dehydroaceteic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol. *Certified Organic

NEW Osmosis Colour Lip Gloss in Bellini and Primrose | Review and Swatches

Press Sample (Unaffiliated Links)

I love the Osmosis Colour Lip Gloss formula (more Osmosis Colour Lip Glosses reviewed HERE), and am thrilled by their two brand new colors for summer! Bellini, which is a gorgeous coral-kissed orange, and Primrose, which is a stunning bright pink, are absolutely perfect for the season. These antioxidant-rich mineral lip glosses, which feature 3D pigments for a dewy, plumped pout, leave lips soft, hydrated and gorgeously glossy.
These beautiful lip glosses are non-sticky, and they boast a very rich and creamy texture punctuated by 3D pigments that make lips appear more full and plump. Nourishing ingredients, such as sunflower and jojoba oils, hydrate skin, heal chapped lips and leave skin soft, smooth and supple.

Bellini and Primrose both glide across the lips effortlessly, deposit rich color evenly and they neither migrate, nor settle into lip lines. While the formula is non-sticky, it had impressive longevity– particularly since so many non-sticky glosses have a tendency to require frequent reapplication. Both lip glosses have the wonderful summery scent of grapefruit and strawberries, but the scent does not linger once applied to the lips.
According to Osmosis Colour,

The Osmosis Lip Gloss allows you to go from natural to high shine with transparent and rich lacquered colors. Keep lips soft and hydrated with a pleasant scent of grapefruit and strawberry.

Application Tips:Experiment with highlighters from eye shadow trios to enhance shimmer on your lip gloss. Mix and match glosses for a brighter collection of colors.
 Gluten-Free. Oncology Friendly.
Top to Bottom: Bellini and Primrose
Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Cyclopentasiloxane, Phenyl Trimethicone, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Sodium Chloride, Dimethicone, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Polysilicone-11,Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 Methicone, Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12, Sodium Hyaluronate, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Ceramide NG, Tribehenin, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Silica, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Decyl Glucoside, Hexyl Laurate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Butylene Glycol, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Methicone, PEG-10 Rapeseed Sterol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexylene Glycol. Osmosis Nourish Organic Facial Oil | Review

Press Sample (Unaffiliated Links)

Osmosis Nourish Organic Facial Oil is a mid-weight richly nourishing and hydrating oil, for normal to dehydrated and dry skin types, that soothes the skin giving it a luminous and youthful dewy glow. It sinks in thoroughly, but takes a little longer to melt into the skin than lightweight oils, but massaging it into warm and slightly damp skin speeds up the process. It leaves skin very soft, smooth, hydrated and it plumps the appearance of fine lines– without leaving behind an oily residue. Furthermore, it has a warm earthy aroma from which one detects the citrus, blackberry and lavender oils. It is a really lovely facial oil, and its soothing and nourishing nature makes it perfect to use after at-home masks, exfoliants and peels. I should also note that when I began testing this face oil that I had particularly dry cuticles, and I was very impressed by the extent to which it healed and hydrated them– therefore this is a very solid performer on dry, chapped skin.

According to Osmosis Skincare,

The harmonious benefits from rich nutrients and cold-pressed, organic avocado oil hydrates and rebalances deep into the dermal layer of the skin to protect from moisture loss and environmental aggressors. Acheive luminosity, brilliant radiance, and a smooth complexion with this organic facial oil.

Directions: After serum application, shake gently and massage a small amount into the skin. If needed, follow with a moisturizer.

Ingredients: Persea Gratissima Oil*, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil*, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil*, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil*, Lavandula Officials Flower Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides Oil*, Rubus Fruticosus (Blackberry) Seed Oil, Rubus Idaeus Seed Oil, Citrus Paradisi Peel Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil. *Certified Organic

Osmosis Renew Level 4 Vitamin A Serum | Review

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

I have been using Vitamin A-based products (from which retinol and retinal-based serums are derived) for many years, and I have found that many of the over-the-counter varieties lack the expected efficacy, or they can irritate the skin. I have used both over-the-counter and prescription versions, and Osmosis Renew Level 4 Vitamin A Serum is my current favorite.

Osmosis Renew Level 4 Vitamin A Serum is formulated with a high concentration of Vitamin A, to encourage cell turnover and renew the skin, and Lactic Acid and Algae extract to brighten it. However, unlike many Vitamin A derivatives, that can dry out the skin and cause it to flake and feel taut, this wonderful retinal formula contains Hyaluronic Acid to deeply hydrate the skin as well as peptides to plump and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. I have never experienced flaking, peeling, redness, or any irritation, and my skin can be a bit sensitive at times. It has a faint and pleasant aroma from its extracts and oils, but it is neither long-lasting, nor in the least bit pungent.

Skin is left soft, smooth, supple and hydrated. As with all retinol-based products, I wear at least an SPF 40+ sunscreen to protect the skin, and I avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.  I also avoid scrubs, peels and any other kind of exfoliants when using this serum.

Caution: If you are considering adding a Vitamin A-based product into your skincare routine,  then I would highly suggest consulting with your doctor first to have your skin thoroughly evaluated. What might appear to be an area of hyperpigmentation, could actually be a cancerous or pre-cancerous lesion, and the last thing that you want to do is treat it with topicals of any sort. I simply cannot sufficiently underscore the extent to which this is important. I sought advice from my physician before I began using retinol, and had my skin thoroughly evaluated for any suspicious areas discoloration, moles etc.

According to Osmosis,

Renew is designed for resilient or conditioned skin types who desire a dramatic restoration of the skin rejuvenation process. The most potent combination of fibroblast stimulators encourages the reversal of the skin aging.

Directions: Shake lightly and apply 1-2 pumps morning and evening.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Niacinamide, Phosphatidylcholine, Pentylene Glycol, Glycerin, Cyclodextrin, Asiaticoside, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Caprooyl Tetrapeptide-3, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Retinal*, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, Lactic Acid, Dimethyl Sulfone, Fulvic Acid, Hydroxyproline, Beta-Glucan, Thioctic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Rubus Chamaemorus (Cloud Berry) Seed Oil, Santalum Austrocaledonicum (Sandalwood) Wood Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Dextran, Xanthan Gum, Alcohol Denat., Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Benzyl Alcohol.
*0.15% Retinaldehyde. Gluten-Free and Vegan.
Overall Assessment: If you are seeking a retinol or retinal-based product, I definitely recommend this one. It is effective, and from a wonderful brand worthy of your consideration.

Osmosis Pur Medical Skincare Refresh Eye Serum and Refresh Eye Serum PM | Review

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

I have tried numerous Osmosis skincare and makeup products, and I remain very impressed by the efficacy of each of the things that I have tested. Ever on the hunt for effective eye creams and eye serums, I was naturally quite interested in trying their Refresh Eye Serum and Refresh PM Eye Serum. Both are very effective moisturizers, they reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness and plump fine lines.
Osmosis Pur Medical Refresh Eye Serum ($60.00 from Osmosis and Skin Care RX): This is an intensely hydrating, anti-aging daytime eye serum that diminishes the appearance of dark circles, reduces the appearance of under-eye puffiness and softens the appearance of fine lines. It is exceedingly concentrated, therefore only a tiny amount is needed for the best results. I apply it to warm, slightly damp freshly cleansed skin and it sinks right in. Skin is left soft, supple, nourished and brightened.

According to Osmosis,

This powerful eye serum utilizes ingredients that work with the skin to effectively reduce puffiness, lines, and dark circles. It also contains proven actives that increase collagen and elastin as well as to firm and protect the delicate layers around the eye.

Balancing scientific ingredients with active botanical extracts including Canadian Willowherb and Sweet Almond Oil, the lightweight serum infuses the delicate eye area with moisture and vitamins, stimulating natural collagen and elastin levels for a visible plumping effect. Skin appears brighter and revitalised with a youthful looking vitality.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Glycosaminoglycans, Cetearyl Olivate, Glycerin, Niacinamide, Prunus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Phosphatidylcholine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Carboxymethyl Beta- Glucan, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Squalane, Sorbitan Olivate, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Caprooyl-Tetrapeptide-3, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Chrysanthellum Indicum Extract, Angelica Polymorpha Sinensis Root Extract, Dextran, Pelargonium Graveolens Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Santalum Album (Sandalwood) Oil, Commiphora Myrrha (Myrrh) Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Cetyl Hydroxyethylcellulose, Potassium Sorbate, Butylene Glycol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol. Gluten Free. Oncology friendly.
Osmosis Pur Medical Skincare Refresh PM Eye Serum ($68.00 for oz. from Osmosis and Skin Care RX): This is a very thick and rich serum, with a texture more like a cream than a serum, and it is even more concentrated than the daytime eye serum, I use the tiniest amount, warm it between my fingers and then gently pat it into my warm, freshly cleansed under-eye area. It sinks in, but leaves behind a slight protective barrier. It is ultra-moisturizing and nourishing, and it leaves skin soft and silky smooth. Furthermore, it plumps the appearance of fine lines, diminishes the appearance of dark circles, and reduces the appearance of under-eye puffiness.

According to Osmosis,

Refresh PM is an intensely-moisturizing eye serum that helps restore a healthy barrier and plump fine lines around the eyes, while providing protection and improvement to this delicate area.

Ingredients: Cholesteryl Oleyl Carbonate, Cholesteryl Chloride, Cholesteryl Nonanoate, Water (Aqua), Niacinamide, Cetearyl Olivate, Glycerin, Sorbitan Olivate, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Sodium Carboxymethyl Beta-Glucan, Silica, Dextran, Caprooyl-Tetrapeptide-3, Ubiquinone, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopherol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Thioctic Acid, Squalane, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Manganese Violet (C.I. 77742), Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Potassium Sorbate.
Gluten Free. Oncology friendly.

Overall Assessment: I really like both of these serums a lot, and definitely recommend considering them if you have dark circles, under-eye puffiness, or need an infusion of moisture.

Osmosis Colour Lip Gloss in Bare, Pink Sapphire and Lilac | Review and Swatches

Press Sample (Affiliated Links)

Given that I am particularly fond of the Osmosis skincare and makeup products that I have tried, I was really excited by the prospects of trying they lip glosses. For many years, I favored lip glosses over lipsticks, and while I love lipstick I still have a soft spot for high quality lip glosses. My preference is long-wearing glosses with a beautiful shimmering shine, and minimal stickiness, and I am delighted to report that the Osmosis Colour Lip Gloss delivered on all three of these preferences.

Osmosis Colour Lip Glosses are slightly thicker than the more wet variety of glosses, but they are not in the least bit sticky. Instead, the formula vigorously clings to the lips, and it neither settles into lip lines, nor does it bleed or pool. Each of the three lip glosses that I tested have the right amount of cushion for comfortable wear, and the 3D pigments make lips appear more full. Furthermore, I find the formula moisturizing, and after a day of wear my lips are left soft and hydrated. While Osmosis Color Lip Glosses has a light fruity flavor in the tube, I detect no flavor on my lips.
According to Osmosis,

Available in 6 shades with an irresistible scent of grapefruit and strawberry, the Osmosis Colour Mineral Cosmetics Lip Gloss Collection allows you to go from natural to high shine with transparent and rich lacquered colors. Each gloss features a creamy, rich texture and 3D pigments to help your lips appear fuller and more plumped. The line’s jojoba and sunflower oils hydrate and nourish, encouraging the healing process and turning dry, chapped areas into baby smooth and soft.

Enhancing your natural barriers to lock moisture in, each formula will also promote firmness and elasticity. Each swipe of luminous color will even help remove free radicals and block environmental age-factors, all thanks to its antioxidant packed ingredients.
Gluten-Free. Oncology Friendly.
Top to Bottom: Lilac, Pink Sapphire and Bare

Lilac is a gorgeous shear-leaning shimmering lilac-kissed pink with shimmer.
Pink Sapphire is stunning mid-tone rosy pink.
Bare is a peachy brown.

Overall Assessment: I am very happy with these lip glosses, and definitely think that they are worth trying. Of the three gorgeous shades, I am the most smitten with Lilac since I adore lilac-kissed pinks!

Osmosis Skincare Calm and Clarify Vitamin A Serums | Review

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

Serums can address a plethora of skincare concerns, and targeted serums, that are developed to address specific skincare conditions, are among the new breed of products to help bring skin into a state of equilibrium. Furthermore, they allow for the customizing of individual skincare rituals–  based upon the needs of the skin at any given time. It is with this in mind that I wanted to introduce you two Osmosis serums that can either be used on the whole face, or to spot treat problematic areas that require added care. Osmosis Calm is an effective serum that soothes and calms down sensitive, irritated skin, while Osmosis Clarify targets acne and excessive oil production.
Osmosis Calm Level 2 Vitamin A Serum ($78.00 for 1 oz. from Osmosis Skincare and Skincare By Alana): This is a lightweight and fast absorbing Vitamin A based serum that calms down irritated, red and inflamed skin while offering it hydration and protection from UV rays. I have used it post-peel and after serious exfoliation, and I immediately noted that my skin felt soothe, comforted and calmed. I also note that my skin has a pronounced clarity and luminosity when I use this serum. Since my skin  can be sensitive and reactive, this is a nice serum to have on hand when something irritates my skin. More often than not, however, I use this after I have had a skin peel or serious exfoliation.

According to Osmosis Skincare,

Calm is designed for moderately-sensitive skin types who desire a dramatic restoration of the skin rejuvenation process. The Osmosis vitamin A serums are the most powerful age-reversing serums available. It encourages the skin to calm inflammation, restore the protective barrier, increase skin nutrients and immune repair, rebuild the thin dermis, normalize oil, hydrate, firm and protect skin from UV rays.

Skin Type: Sensitive.

Directions: Shake lightly and apply 1-2 pumps morning and evening.

Ingredients: Aqua (Harmonized Water), Glycerin, Phosphatidylcholine, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Extract, Pentylene Glycol, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Asiaticoside, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, Chrysanthemum Parthenium (Feverfew) Extract, Niacinamide, Dimethyl Sulfone, Lactic Acid (L), Panthenol (D), Pyridoxine HCl, Fulvic Acid, Prunus Serotina (Wild Cherry) Bark Extract, Retinal (.05% Retinaldehyde), Hydroxyproline (L), Beta-Glucan (D), Rubus Chamaemorus (Cloud Berry) Seed Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Cyclodextrin, Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol. Gluten-Free | Vegan.
Osmosis Clarify Vitamin A Blemish Serum ($60.00 for 100 ml./ 1 oz. from Osmosis Skincare and Skincare By Alana): I should preface this by stating that I neither have acne, nor excessively oily skin. My skin is normal/combination, and I only get occasional pimples or breakouts. When I do get pimples, the cause tends to be of the monthly hormonal variety, or breakouts brought on by a reaction to skincare products. The former doesn't happen every month, and neither does the latter, but the latter is a byproduct of testing so many different skincare products. When I do get a pimple I always spot treat, rather than slathering treatment products all over the surrounding area, and I always seek gentle products that will not dry out the impacted area or its surrounding tissue. Osmotics Clarify neither dries out my skin, nor does it cause skin to flake. Instead, this gentle serum– which is absorbed into the skin rather than drying on the surface– heals the pimple and reduces redness and inflammation. Pimples heal at a remarkable rate of speed without further traumatizing or drying the skin.

According to Osmosis Skincare,

This Osmosis blemish serum clears blemishes, normalizes oil production, shrinks pores, increases skin's immune support, hydrates, calms inflammation, protects skin from UV rays, restores the epidermal barrier, and restores dermal thickness.

Skin Type: Blemished and oily skin.

Directions: Shake lightly and spot-treat acne lesions daily for 4-8 weeks; then add 1-2 pumps to daily regimen morning and evening.

Ingredients: Aqua (Harmonized Water), Niacinamide, Phosphatidylcholine, Glycerin, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Mandelic Acid (L), Lactic Acid (L), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Leaf Extract, Artemisia Umbelliformis Extract, Hyssopus Officinalis Extract, Retinal (.05% Retinaldehyde), Citrus Paradisi (White Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Rubus Chamaemorus (Cloud Berry) Seed Oil, Beta-Glucan (D), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Pentylene Glycol, Cyclodextrin, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol.

Overall Assessment: If you have acne prone skin or sensitive skin, then Osmosis Skincare Calm and Clarify Vitamin A Serums are worthy of your consideration.

Osmosis Colour Lipstick, Lip Gloss & Lip Glaze | Review

Press Sample (Affiliated Links)

If you are among the many people who seek healthier makeup alternatives, than the mainstream offerings, but you don't want to sacrifice efficacy or color saturation, then Osmosis Colour Makeup is very worthy of your consideration.

According to Osmosis

Osmosis Colour Makeup is part of the revolutionary line of unique, alternative and innovative products created by Osmosis Skincare and Dr. Ben Johnson. All of the products from Osmosis are created to be results-oriented, yet safe and gentle for everyday use. Osmosis Skincare uses holistic theories in its production of incredible, results-driven professional skincare products and its unique line of cosmetics.

Osmosis Colour Makeup is a bismuth-free, mineral-based makeup line that's loaded with skin-nourishing antioxidants, amino acids and essential proteins, as well as zinc oxide for built-in UV sun protection. The special formulation goes on without that “heavy look” and it doesn't accentuate fine lines, wrinkles or large pores. It’s even safe for acne, rosacea and sensitive-skin types.
I have only tested Osmosis Lipsticks, Lip Glosses and Lip Glazes, but I am so impressed that I definitely want to venture further into their makeup line.
Osmosis + Colour Lipsticks ($22.00-$25.00 each from Dermstore and skintrends): Osmosis Lipsticks have a creamy texture, the perfect amount of cushion and long-lasting wear-time. I would describe the texture as matte, but without drying out my lips. I get about 5-6 hours of wear-time from a single application, but that generally is mitigated by coffee consumption– which undoubtedly lessens its longevity.

The two colors that I have, Skinny Dip and Passion, offer full opacity and rich pigmentation in a single pass. While they are formulated to hydrate the lips, my lips are currently perpetually chapped and I have been applying lip balm beneath all of my lipsticks and lip glosses. I therefore cannot currently weigh in on whether I find Osmosis + Colour Lipsticks hydrating.

Osmosis Lipstick in Skinny Dip is a gorgeous nude.
Osmosis Lipstick in Passion is a stunning fuchsia pink.

According to Osmosis,

Designed for all skin tones, each irresistibly creamy lipstick supplies a veil of color that lasts through the day without the drying effects of most long wear color. The vegetable based castor oil provides this eco-friendly hydration, keeping moisture close to the skin’s surface. Each shade’s advanced mineral pigment color gives these lipsticks their intense vibrancy along with a matte, cashmere soft finish. Silica helps to affix these lush longevity pigments on the lips with no feathering or smearing, while green tea and vitamin E supply antioxidant protection. Perfect for day or night, each beautiful sleek tube will fit easily into any purse or pocket.

Key Ingredients:
Castor oil - creates the creamy, emollient texture
Green tea and vitamin E - supply antioxidant protection

Ingredients: Castor Oil, Pentaerythrityl Tetraethylhexanoate, Silica, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Octyldodecanol, Ozokerite, Lycium Barbarum (Goji) Extract (and) Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Camellia Sinensis Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Hexylene Glycol, Flavor. May Contain (+/-): Mica (CI 77019), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Carmine (CI 75470), Blue # 1 Lake (CI 42090), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Red # 22 Lake (CI 45380), Red # 28 Lake (CI 45410), Red # 30 Lake (CI 73360), Yellow # 5 Lake (CI 19140), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate (and) Silica (and) Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Calcium Sodium Borosilicate (and) Tin Oxide (CI 77861), Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (CI 77019).
Osmosis Lip Gloss ($19.00 from Dermstore and skintrends): I love lip gloss, but I'm not terribly fond of the sticky variety that acts as a hair-trap. My preference is a slightly thickened formula that boasts longevity without being tacky, but that also delivers some opacity rather than simply offering sheer coverage. I was pleasantly surprised that Osmosis Lip Gloss checked all of my boxes. Their formula is slightly thickened to really coat the lips and to offer extended wear-time, but it isn't in the least bit sticky. The two colors that I have Aura and Pink Sapphire, offer great color saturation, and a lovely high shine finish.

According to Osmosis,

The Osmosis Lip Gloss allows you to go from natural to high shine with transparent and rich lacquered colors. Keep lips soft and hydrated with a pleasant scent of grapefruit and strawberry.
