Juno & Co. Lip Milk Review

Juno & Co. Lip Milk is a 2-in-1 nourishing lightweight lotion-like moisturizer that softens, hydrated and brightens the lips. The milky liquid formula is unlike traditional lip balms, and is more akin to a lotion that melts into the lips quickly. The applicator tip has a cooling effect and it conforms to the shape of the lips and dispenses the light and non-greasy textured hydrator that is filled with Jojoba Oil, Squalane, Moringa Seed Oil and other effective moisturizers.

Furthermore, in addition to healing and nourishing dry and chapped lips, this lip treatment locks in moisture and lightly plumps the lips. There is no detectable scent or flavor, and therefore it should present no problem for people who avoid scented lip products.

Directions: Cleanse lips before using day or night. Apply a thin layer when lips are feeling chapped or use as lip prep for a smooth lipstick application. Apply a generous amount all over the lips to expose more beads. Firmly press beads onto skin and leave on for 5-10 minutes before wiping off or leave on overnight.

Overall Assessment: This is such a nice product for the lips, and the cooling applicator trip makes it so pleasant to use.

Juno & Co. Clean 10 Cleansing Balm is an emollient, delectably citrus scented, cleansing balm that can be used alone, or with the Juno & Co.Cleansing Cookie (reviewed HERE), and can be followed with your favorite cleanser or with Juno & Co. Exfoliating Face Wash Powder (reviewed HERE), for an excellent double cleanse. This cleansing balm has a light, and yet richly emollient texture that removes absolutely every bit of makeup. While many people use their cleansing balms to remove their eye makeup, I always use a separate eye makeup remover to take off my eye makeup before I double cleanse. I simply prefer to use a gentle eye makeup remover, since I have sensitive eyes, but also because I don't like to have eye makeup smear all over my face when double cleanse. 

Juno & Co. Clean 10 Cleansing Balm is so easy and pleasant to use, you simply scoop out a small amount and warm it between your clean hands, and then massage it into your skin in a gentle circular motion. It transforms into a very emollient and silky-smooth oil that effectively loosens and removes every bit of makeup and dirt from the skin. I then follow with a cleanser, since I always double cleanse, and my skin is left clean, soft, smooth and ready for my serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen during the day.

Juno & Co. Clarifying Cleansing Powder is an effective cleanser that gently exfoliates the skin without stripping or drying it out. Simply pour a small amount into your hand and add enough water to turn it into a creamy lather, then gently massage it into your skin and rinse thoroughly. It leaves skin soft, smooth and gently exfoliated. What makes this such a standout exfoliating cleanser is its use of Hyaluronic Acid, and therefore skin is left hydrated and comfortable, rather than overly exfoliated and irritated. It is a really gentle and effective cleanser, and it has no detectable fragrance. It is formulated to be gentle enough to be used by people with sensitive skin, and I imagine that most skin types would benefit from this cleansing powder.

I recently discovered an amazing eco-friendly way to remove makeup that has replaced my makeup wipes. I still tend to use a separate eye makeup remover, but it is not necessary, and not everyone who uses these Juno & Co. Cleansing Cookies does. When paired with a cleansing balm, makeup melts off of the skin, and this cotton Cleansing Cookie feels soft, plush and luxurious. It removes everything, and is the perfect first step in a double cleanse routine. This wonderful tool is reusable, eco-friendly and machine washable.

-Follow with your favorite facial cleanser.

Overall Assessment: The June & Co. Cleansing Cookie is effective, easy to use and eco friendly. I stopped using disposable cotton pads and cotton balls a while ago, in favor of reusable and washable cotton rounds, and now I am also using this wonderful Cleansing Cookie as well.
