Brandless Hydrating Rosewater Facial Toner Spray is such a wonderful rosewater toner that it is truly hard to believe that it only costs $5.00. It is hydrating, soothing and it is a delight to use. Its lovely rosewater aroma is a treat to the senses, but it isn't overwhelming or cloying.

Brandless makes cruelty-free clean beauty products, and they only use the ingredients that are necessary for each of their products to function effectively, and they avoid using harmful ingredients and fillers.
