As the weather cools down, I find myself switching out my body, hair and skincare products to accommodate the colder weather. I also prefer warmer and creamier aromas that are somehow comforting and cozy during the fall and winter months. Among my favorite products, which I have happy used for many years, are the skin and body products from Luxe, and their Prodigieux range is truly covet-worthy.

NUXE Huile Prodigieux Shower Oil ($15.00-$23.00 for 6.7 oz. from NUXE, Amazon, and Look Fantastic): The aroma, which might be described as a warm nutty floral, is utterly delectable, and its rich and crazy aroma fills the bathroom and delights the senses. 

NUXE Prodigieux Shower Oil is a lightly lathering and richly moisturizing cleanser that fills the senses with the most delectable rich and warm blend of sweet almond oil, orange blossom, magnolia and vanilla. It has a gorgeous quasi-iridescent glow from the golden pearls that impart a slight golden sheen to the skin. Skin is left hydrated, soft, supple and delicately fragranced.

It is nearly impossible to sufficiently underscore the extent to which the shower is transformed into the most intoxicating and luxurious sensory experience. The moment that the water blends with this gorgeous golden potion the scent bursts forth and transforms the experience of bathing to an experience that exceeds every expectation.

Overall Assessment: This is such a wonderful range of products, and the perfect way to embrace the cool weather and holiday season that is upon us.

BUTTERelixir All Over Body and Hair Oil is a lovely minimally processed natural oil that consists of just 4 simple ingredients: Sweet Almond oil, Argan oil, Lavender and Chamomile Pure essential oils. It is a very lightweight and fast absorbing oil that deeply nourishes and hydrates the skin, scalp and hair without leaving behind any greasy residue. It leaves skin soft, smooth, supple and with a dewy luminescence. It hydrates the hair and scalp, tames frizz and fly-aways, and leaves hair with a gorgeous glossy shine. It is also a wonderful choice to hydrate the hands and cuticles on a daily basis, and it quickly heals dry, chapped skin. It has a warm slightly sweetened, creamy lavender aroma that is intoxicatingly beautiful. The edges of the lavender are tempered by the remaining three ingredients, and therefore it lacks all of the pungency associated with lavender on its own.

Skin: "Apply to damp or dry clean skin after showering, bathing or steaming to reinvigorate the body and indulge in our completely unisex and calming scent. Keeps the skin supple and moisturized, while the unique formula of blended essential oils reduces feelings of anxiety and stress by keeping the mind calm yet alert. Use a minimal amount daily; only need a small amount is needed, and the effects and scent last a long time."

Leave-In Hair Conditioner: "While hair is still wet, BUTTERelixir oil into hair and scalp to hydrate and moisturize. Pour 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand, and use your fingers to comb the oil through the hair starting from the strand tips and working up to the scalp. Particularly beneficial and especially nourishing if your hair is dry from daily use of a blow dryer, straightening or curling iron and hot yoga."

Hair styling shine: "Apply a few drops to the palm of your hand and rub hands together to create some heat and even distribution. Run your fingers through your hair evenly from root to scalp to create shine and tame frizz."

Beard: "Apply a few drops of BUTTERelixir to the palm of your hand and rub hands together to create some heat and even distribution. Run your fingers through facial hair for a luxurious finish and coarse hair softener. Apply as needed, especially after a trim."

Nails: "BUTTERelixir moisturizes and helps improve nail and cuticle texture and strength. Add a few drops to the back of the hand and work the oil in soft strokes down to the nail bed. Use firm pressure in a circular motion over the cuticles to soften the dry skin. With regular application, your nails will look clean and healthy."

Massage Oil: "BUTTERelixir is the perfect luxurious Massage Oil. Apply a few drops of BUTTERelixir to the palm of your hand and rub hands together to create some heat and even distribution.
