Luxury skincare, is without a doubt, one of my greatest tactile pleasures. High quality antioxidant rich anti-aging formulas that boast great efficacy, the best ingredients available and cutting-edge technology always capture my attention. However, in order to keep me captive they must also have divine textures that are a great pleasure to use. Part of the ritual of luxury skincare is that it must not only deliver on its promises, but must likewise feel ultra-luxe.
Bellatora is one of my favorite ultra-luxe skincare brands, that I have been using since 2015, and their lovely line satisfies all of my aforementioned needs and desires in a luxury skincare line.

This thoughtfully executed line features a beautifully curated selection of nine products, of which I have used four. That the packaging is luxurious and elegant is obvious from the moment that you handle the elegant triangular shaped minimalist glass vessels that contain their utterly divine formulas. Even the thick and luxurious boxes are of the highest quality.
Initially, I reviewed Bellatorra Uplifting Mist and Bellatorra Cellular Renewal Complex (Reviewed HERE) back in 2015, and I was so impressed by these two products that I concluded that this line is so exceptional that I needed to try more of their products. Now, after having tested Bellatorra Cellular Renewal Serum and Bellatorra Cellular Repair Night Cream I have come to the same conclusion that I need to try the remaining five products from this stupendous brand.
Bellatorra Cellular Renewal Serum has a lightweight, and ultra-fast absorbing, liquid-gel like texture that is formulated to work on the cellular level to regenerate and repair environmental damage. This potent anti-aging botanical and plant stem-cell serum boasts a proprietary 48 hour time-release formula that continues to work for two days, and therefore even if you skip a day you continue to reap its many tangible benefits. This serum stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, and the observable result is smoother skin that is more firm, lifted, hydrated, luminous, and fine lines are visibly plumped. Additionally, after sustained use the Hibiscus Abelmoschus Extract, which stimulates cell renewal and collagen synthesis, not only gently exfoliates dead skin cells, but it also lightens the appearance of hyperpigmentation. There is no question that this ultra-luxe serum has a luxury price tag, but my experience, and the results that I have seen in my skin, make this a worthwhile investment, and I definitely plan to pick up another bottle once I finish this one.

This is a very potent time-released night cream that also utilizes Bellatorra's proprietary Torra48 Advanced Delivery System. Therefore, like the serum, if you skip a night you will still see the benefits of a single use for two days. It is a mid-weight cream that is very fast absorbing, immediately nourishing and hydrating, and it leaves behind no greasy residue. It is very concentrated, especially when applied to warm, freshly cleansed skin, and therefore only a tiny amount is needed to cover the face, neck and décolleté. The Retinol and Glycolic Acid effectively exfoliate dead skin cells while the Hyaluronic Acid, a very powerful humectant, binds moisture and plumps fine lines while offering skin deep hydration. After having used this cream for a little less than a month, I noted that my skin was more even-in-tone, my areas of light hyperpigmentation (thank you, lovely year-long Los Angeles weather) have visibly faded, and my skin has enhanced clarity. Furthermore, my skin is ultra-soft, silky smooth, supple, hydrated, luminous and my fine lines are plumped and softened. Given that this cream exfoliates dead skin cells, as does the serum, it is imperative to use a high SPF sunscreen to protect the skin (I use an SPF 30 at the very least). This is at once an elegant night cream that is both highly effective, and exceedingly pleasurable to use. It has a light, pleasant and clean aroma, but it fades soon upon application.

Overall Assessment: This ultra-luxe duo boasts impressive efficacy, and their skincare products consistently do precisely what they claim. The four Bellatorra products that I use have instilled in me a tremendous admiration for, and interest in, all of their products, and I intend to try them all! Bellatorra earns a resounding A+ for these two gems.
