I work long hours and then sit in traffic for
way too long in LA traffic on my evening commute home. By the time that I get home I am usually a combination of exhausted and hungry, and once I unwind and get in bed to go to sleep, I often find that my brain kicks into high gear contemplating what I need to accomplish at work the following day. The problem is that sometimes this pattern is very disruptive to my sleep, and therefore I have to clear my mind before I endeavor to fall asleep.
One of my recent ways to ensure that I get a good night of sleep is to do some nighttime pampering rituals, and I wanted to share a few things that have been working wonders.
