I am a huge fan of Jane Iredale products, and recently realized it has been a very long time since I featured anything from this wonderful brand. As I was digging through my cabinet, I found my forgotten about bottle of Jane Iredale Balance Hydrating Spray, and decided to start using it again since it is the perfect skin pick-me-up during the warm weather we are currently having in Southern California.
This balancing and hydrating spray is incredibly refreshing in the warm weather, and not only does it provide much-needed hydration to the skin, but it also serves as an effective makeup setting spray. While Jane Iredale asserts that it is especially beneficial for oily and acne skin types, I will say that I have neither of these skin types, but instead I have more normal-leaning skin, and this works brilliantly for me.
This spray has a lightweight and non-greasy texture and immediately imparts moisture to dehydrated skin. It has a very light herbal aroma, but it is neither assertive, nor in the least bit long-lasting.
- Mimics skin's natural moisture to set makeup and create a natural, skin-like finish.
- Locks in moisture and makeup for lasting, budge-proof wear.
- Distilled with natural astringents and skin-balancing extracts.
- Hydrates and conditions all skin types.
- Especially beneficial for acneic and oily skin.
- Awarded ECOCERT's Natural and Organic Cosmetic certification.
- Orange Extract has been shown to tone skin and reduce the look of pores.
- Green Tea Leaf Extract has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
- Grapefruit Extract has been shown to help balance oil production.
