Directions: Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula / mix the 2 phases. Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften makeup. Then, gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.

PRO Tip: Saturate or dab Bi-Facil onto a cotton swab or makeup corrector brush to fix makeup application mistakes when applying eye makeup.

Overall Assessment: This makeup remover is very gentle on my sensitive eyes and it effortlessly removes every stitch of makeup without pulling, tugging or irritating the delicate skin around my eyes, and it doesn't sting my sensitive eyes in the least bit. I will purchase another bottle as soon as I finish the one I'm currently using. A+
