Directions: Holding the bottle 10-12 inches from the face, lightly mist onto cleansed skin. I actually mist it onto a cotton pad and then use the cotton pad on my face, and I use less toner that way. Follow with a facial serum while skin is still damp. For best results, use twice a day.

Overall Assessment: This is the only product that I have tied from InstaNatural, but I like this toner a lot, and I am now curious to try more of their products.
