I am a huge fan of essential oils, and I fell in love with pura d'or 100% Certified Organic Rosemary Essential Oil the first time I smelled it. It is calming and soothing and I love to use it in my diffuser– it is the perfect reset for me, and it is wonderful when I am stressed and overworked!
I only do it is my home office when my windows and the door to the backyard are wide open, and my cats and dogs are nowhere near (I keep my door to my office closed so that nobody can slip in unnoticed when I use my diffuser). One has to exercise great care when using essential oils, particularly when you have pets, because many of them are harmful to cats and dogs, and Rosemary essential oil is among them.
