Pretty Vulgar is a brand that I have been meaning to try for a while, and I was thrilled when they sent me three very fun products that are just perfect for summertime. If you are looking for some very fun, cruelty-free, makeup picks for this season, then take a look at these gleaming jewels!

Pretty Vulgar Glitter Dust in Attention Seeker ($32.00 for 0.35 oz. from Pretty Vulgar and the Pretty Vulgar Amazon Store): This gorgeous golden glitter dust, which really is absolutely stunning, is a golden shimmering dust that is fine and surprisingly easy to use. It comes in attractive old-fashion perfume bottle with a balloon pump, and it can be used in the hair, on the face and on the body. I recommend spraying it outside since it does billow a bit.

According to Pretty Vulgar,

Pretty Vulgar's Glitter Dust is the extra touch to complete any glam look. Add a little sparkle or add a lot, this Glitter Dust is a silky smooth powder that contains light-reflecting pearls for a radiant finish. Suitable for hair, face, body and even décolletage, this fine shimmer dust is a sophisticated highlight for radiance from head to toe. The elegant antique component finely dusts you with our weightless formula, leaving no uncomfortable residue.

Sophisticated highlight with super fine shimmer from head to toe - contains light reflecting pearls for radiant finish - suitable for hair, face, décolletage & body. Vegan & Cruelty Free.

How to Wear:

MAKE YOUR LOCKS SHINE: A bit of glitter on your hair gives it a captivating, almost magical effect. The advantage of this glitter dust spray over others is that it does not have any gel or mousse-like component that could harden your tresses, making it look stiff. It simply hangs on to your strands, adding just the right sparkle to make your crowning glory glow. Dusting your hair with glitter is ideal for weddings, parties, festivals, and performances.

ACCENTUATE YOUR FACIAL FEATURES: After applying the basic makeup components – foundation, blush, eyeshadow, liner, and lipstick – spray some rose gold dust on high areas on your face. Spray some on your temples and the cheekbones, or a little on the bridge of your nose if you want to make it look more prominent. Spray some on your chin, too, to make your facial features sharper and more enhanced. Make sure to close your eyes when spraying to keep the glitter from causing irritation.

Pretty Vulgar CEO of Lip Gloss in Money Moves ($24.00 for 0.12 oz. from Pretty Vulgar and the Pretty Vulgar Amazon Store): This lightweight, and non-sticky, lip gloss, with its peachy glitter finish, can be worn alone or as the perfect glossy topper for your favorite lipstick. It offers a serious hydration, thanks to the 3% Hyaluronic Acid formula, and it leaves lips feeling so soft and supple.

According to Pretty Vulgar,

CEO of Lip Gloss is lightweight & made with 3% Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate), Antioxidants & hydrating Esters that will intensely hydrate your lips. It will also improve the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, skin elasticity & stimulate cell regeneration. A gelled emollient matrix technology ensures a non-tacky feel that won't run or feather. It glides on smoothly for a lush, hydrated appearance, silky smooth texture & high-shine finish that will leave you being the CEO of Lip Gloss

Pretty Vulgar Vixen Glimmer Holographic Liquid Eyeliner in Dare to Glare ($22.00 for 0.22 oz. from Pretty Vulgar and the Pretty Vulgar Amazon Store): Don't let the holographic finish scare you, this iridescent multi-colored liquid liner can be used alone, or used in conjunction with your opaque liners and eyeshadows. It is very fast drying, and it stays put once it sets. It glides across the skin effortlessly, deposits product evenly, and there is no fallout or flaking.

According to Pretty Vulgar,

Vixen Glimmer holographic liquid eyeliner is a long-wearing, quick drying, water-resistant eyeliner that offers a multi-reflective glitter finish and a beautiful prismatic color effect. Our glitter liquid eyeliner formula was designed to provide a smooth, even application that will glide on effortlessly to give you a comfortable, flake-free, and transfer-proof hold. Vegan & Cruelty Free.

Tips: "Take our liner, line up the brush tip applicator with your lash line, gently glide the brush across and create an effortless line. For a more intense line, pat the brush applicator on top of the already dry liner. To add some holographic sparkle to your favorite eyeshadow, brush a thin layer of our liner to the center of your lid and let dry in between layers. Add some more sparkle to the inner corners for a truly galactic effect. You can also dab some of it to your lower lids for glimmer."

    1. Isn't it magical, Allison?! I love the old-fashioned bottle! I called it a "balloon pump" because I couldn't think of a better way to describe it. I just did a Google search, and apparently a lot of other people call it that as well! Good guess! I also saw "Atomizer Pump" used, as well!
