butter London LIPPY Liquid Lipstick in Yummy Mummy is described as a medium beige liquid lipstick that is a true nude. It is an opaque, cool-toned beige that glides across the lips effortlessly, deposits opaque color evenly, and neither bleeds, nor migrates. The formula clings to the lips with the tenacity of a thicker lip gloss, but without being a sticky hair-trap. It has the opacity of a lipstick with the shine of a lip gloss, and the formula is long-wearing. While i get some transfer on the edge of my coffee cup, I get about 3-4 hours of wear out of a single application. It has a light and pleasant, slightly sweet aroma, but it fades soon upon application.

  1. You could do a subtle ombre with these two colors by using that beige at the center of your lips.

  3. I rarely wear a gloss anymore though I do admire their colors. What I totally love from Butter London is their ShadowClutch. It's sitting on my vanity right now since I've been using it nonstop.

    1. The Lippy Liquid Lipsticks have the pigmentation of a lipstick, but the sheen of a gloss. they are pretty spectacular and worth trying if you find yourself wanting a little more sheen. I remember your review of the ShadowClutch last year, and I have waited them ever since! I really need to pick up some of their shadows!

    1. Aren't they lovely looking, Honey? I have only tried a few of their products (lippies and blushes), and so far have liked everything. I am very curious about their eye shadows!

  7. Yummy Mummy is such a great shade! The only cosmetics I've tired from BL were the glosses when they first launched a few years ago, and I hated them, but it looks like they've made some major improvements since.
