I just really love Sun Bum, and the more products that I try the more I love the line. Their products boast extraordinary quality and gorgeous textures across the board, and I simply cannot sing their praises loudly enough.

Lips are perhaps one of the most forgotten about regions to protect against the sun, and Sun Bum has made short work keeping that vulnerable skin protected. Use it alone, use it under your favorite gloss or lipstick, but just remember to use it! I have been wearing this delicious banana lip balm everyday when I go outdoors and it leaves my lips scrumptiously nourished and moisturized while protecting them against the harmful rays of the sun. I realize now what an omission it was when I judiciously applied sunscreen to my face and body, and yet left my lips unprotected-- so grab your SPF lip balm before a fun day in the sun, and remember to reapply it!
According to Sun Bum,

Our smooth SPF 30 sunscreen lip balm with added Aloe and Vitamin E will protect and moisturize your kisser all day long... just try not to lick it off.

  1. Hehe, I'm not much for banana flavoured things (I even like my real bananas greener than not!) but I am a lip balm addict, and the picture of the ape on the tube is *adorable* :-)

    Now, mango...

    1. Hi Syl-- I'm just like you-- I prefer my actual bananas on the green side, and won't touch them if they bruise or get soft (to me, they are only good for banana bread at that point)! I really want to try their mango lip balm as well! I'm a total lip balm addict too! :-)

    1. Hi Kristina! It is a really fun flavor. You are a very very wise woman not to ever forget to use your SPF lip balm! Definitely an ouch for those who forget and get an ugly sunburn on their lips! Have a lovely weekend!
