Susan Thompson Cosmetics Holiday Set Curated by Lola's Secret Beauty Blog & Exclusive GWP!

PR Samples (Unaffiliated Links)
When Susan Thompson Cosmetics asked me to curate a holiday set featuring some of my favorites from the beautifully and thoughtfully edited line- I was thrilled! While one would have guessed that I would have chosen Lola's Secret, the lipstick named in my honor, I opted for something with infinite choices instead. The final result is Lola's Secret Holiday Set!
I chose the Limited Edition Infinity Lipstick Wheel, Coast Mineral Eye Shadow, and Mim's the Word Liquid Blush.

I  chose the aptly named Infinity Lipstick Wheel because the 6 lipsticks represent an infinite number of customized lipstick shades when mixed. I wear each one alone from the tube, but the palette encourages  an artistic mixing of the colors.

The Creamy Lipstick colors in the wheel are:
1) Cleo: a stunning vampy wine.
2) True Love: the perfect neutral nude pinky peach.
3) Kayla: a gorgeous sandy nude.
4) Kelsey: a complex neutral nude kissed by a touch of copper.
5) Madelynn: a luscious kissable warm berry.
6) Joplin: the perfect blue-based red that is stunningly gorgeous. A modern classic.

The Infinity Lipstick Wheel can be purchased alone for only $40.00. It contains 25 grams/0.88oz of lipstick which is equal to 6 full size lipsticks (and at $21.00 each for 4 grams- that is one amazing deal).
Susan Thompson Cosmetics Liquid Blush in Mim's the Word ($20.00) has long been one of my very favorite blushes. It is the perfect blue-based pink that can be build up or sheered out, and you can even use it on your lips!
Coast Mineral Eye Shadow ($21.00) is a gorgeous pale cream that brightens the eye. I use it as a wash of color, I mix it with other shades, and I use it in the corner of my eye for a brightening effect. It also makes a stunning base!
There are so many possible color combinations when you mix the Creamy Lipsticks, and one of my favorites is Cleo and True Love. These are two of the most popular shades, and the company is currently back-ordered on both-- except to those who indulge in the Infinity Lipstick Wheel!

Lola's Secret Holiday Set is $75.00, and is exclusive to Lola's Secret Beauty Blog readers. Use Code: Lola's Secret. If you purchase the set you will receive a free full size product from the line! Free shipping to US addresses. Offer valid through January 1, 2014 or while supplies last.

    1. Hi Sunny! Thank you! The Creamy Lipsticks are simply amazing, and the Infinity Wheel is stupendous-- plus it amounts to 6 full-size lipsticks for the price of less than two. I'm crazy about this formula! Layering and custom mixing color is so much fun!

    1. Hi Miranda! Yes, Joplin is stunning!! It is the prettiest blue-based red that I have seen. It also happens to be the signature color of Susan Thompson!!

  3. That's a great set but I have Mims the Word. I'm finally going to feature it on my blog on Dec. 9th.

    1. It is a really lovely set! I will check with Suzi to see if she will let you substitute a different liquid blush- or something of equal value. I really think that you need that Infinity Lipstick Wheel!

  4. the colors are so pretty. does a bit of stain remain after eating or completely gone?

    1. Hi Chia-Yi Liu! The colors are really spectacular-- especially in person. The only one that I have found to leave a bit of stain after eating is Joplin. The color is so rich and saturated that I find it quite long-wearing and resistant to fading. I have worn it through a meal and still had stained lips after I finished. The Infinity Lipstick Wheel is an amazing value since you pay for less than 2 full lipsticks, and get six total (or 4 for free). There is so much product! When I think of spending $49.00 for a single Tom Ford Lipstick then this really becomes an amazing value!

  5. do you throw the whole thing in your purse with a lip brush? or take another lipstick/gloss for reapplication after lunch?

    1. You definitely can-- it's not too bulky to carry-- and it certainly offers limitless possibilities in terms of color combinations when you are on the go. If you carry it- you really won't need to carry any other lipsticks. I don't carry it because I have all of the individual lipsticks in tube form as well, but as soon as I finish Cleo and True Love (both of which I use all of the time) then I will start carrying the Infinity Lip Wheel in my purse with a lip brush. I do always carry a few lip glosses as well, and definitely make sure that I have enough in my bag for a nice selection to reapply after lunch.
