Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask | Review

If you are seeking an effective mask that reduces the appearance of under eye puffiness, dark circles and fine lines– then Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask needs to be on your radar. I have used this luxury treat for more than 3 1/2 years, and it is definitely my secret weapon for those days when I wake up with puffiness because I am exhausted and didn't get nearly enough sleep.  It is a smoothing mask, that is suitable for all types of skin, and it is specifically formulated to reduce puffiness, lighten dark circles and soften the appearance of fine lines.

On me, I have noted that it deeply hydrates the skin, efficiently smooths and plumps fine lines, reduces the appearance of puffiness and has lightened my dark circles associated with a poor night of sleep. The richly hydrating gel-based formula feels refreshing and lightly cooling, and immediately nourishes and moisturizes the skin leaving it soft, smooth, supple, lifted and dewy.

The recommendation is to apply a thick layer and to leave it on for about 10 minutes, and then gently tissue it off. However, I prefer to apply a moderate layer and leave it on for about 20 minutes instead. The results are impressive, and it is such a pleasure to use. I should remind you that I have sensitive eyes, and that this gentle formula does not irritate them or cause them to water. There is a very light aroma, presumably from the ingredients rather than an added fragrance, that is barely detectable.
According to Sisley Paris,

The Eye Contour Mask is an express smoothing mask used to reduce under-eye puffiness. This mask is specifically formulated for the fragile skin of the eye contour. With its unique combination of active ingredients (Ginkgo biloba, Arnica, Horse Chestnut, Linden blossom), vitamins (Provitamin B5 and Vitamin E acetate), and oligo-elements (Malachite and Chlorella), it works within 10 minutes to hydrate and reduce signs of fatigue. Fine lines around the eye are visibly smoothed, puffiness and dark circles appear reduced, and the eye contour area overall looks enhanced. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested for tolerance.

Fine lines around the eye are visibly reduced, the eye contour and eyelids appear smoothed. Within ten minutes, the delicate area around the eye looks refreshed and signs of fatigue appear diminished.

Directions: Two or three times a week, in the morning and evening, apply to clean, dry skin in a thick layer on the eye contour and eyelids. Allow to remain on the skin for ten minutes, then wipe away any excess (if necessary) without rinsing.

Select Ingredients and their Attributes:
  • Natural Glycerin moisturizes and reduces the appearance of fine lines
  • Ginkgo Biloba Extract helps improve skin tonicity and drain sluggish lymphatic systems
Select Ingredients: Arnica, Chestnut tree, Gingko Biloba, Vegetable Glycerin, Vitamins E and B5, Chlorella, Malachite, Linden, Alpha-Bisabolol, Rose Water.
Overall Assessment: I love this eye mask, and don't know why it has taken me so long to share its virtues with you. I will definitely purchase a replacement tube once I finish this one. A+

  1. Okay, I absolutely NEED to try this. The dark circles under my eyes are no joke!! If you've been using this for 3 and a half years, that's more than good enough for me! :)

    1. This stuff is awesome! That said, not all types of dark circles can be treated with topical cosmetic products. Often those that are caused by genetics or health issues will be completely impervious to topical, but those that are the result of a lack of sleep (which is what I primarily get) can have great results from products like this one! I am quite happy with the results that i get from this Sisley Paris Eye Mask! I definitely plan to get another tube!

  3. Although under eye puffiness is not my issue, a lot of people ask me what to use. I’ll send them to your review. If you’ve been using it for >3 yrs, it must be effective!

  5. I would not normally spend $100 or more on skincare but to be honest something like this is invaluable when it works and when you have a need!! I might need this after I lose weight and he fat in my face drops and my wrinkles come back!

    1. Then this is definitely a mask worth trying. You could probably get a sample to see if you like it first, since it is quite pricey, but I think it is worth every cent!

    1. Me too, isn't it spectacular?! Thank you so much for your very kind words, it makes me very happy that you love my blog! Refrigerating is it such a wonderfully refreshing way to de-puff– especially during the hot and humid weather! I can only imagine the extent to which you enjoy it during the summer in Savannah! We don't get the type of humidity that you do, here in Los Angeles, but it has been sweltering this summer! Enjoy the rest of your weekend! <3
