Surface Blowout Primer is a spray hair primer that smoothes, detangles, moisturizes and gives hair thermal protection from heat styling tools. I also find that it works beautifully when I want to make my hair more manageable and tame frizz and fly-aways when I air dry my naturally curly hair. It has a light fruity aroma, but it is neither assertive, nor long-lasting. Furthermore, it does not dry and flake, or leave my hair greasy.

According to Surface,

Lightweight memory spray primes and protects hair for heat styling. Maracuja and Lychee Oil give hair a voluminous sugar punch and lasting style memory.

Directions: Spray on clean, damp hair. Comb through. Style with heat tools as desired.

Overall Assessment: I am very fond of Surface hair products, and I will definitely continue to use their Blowout Primer.

Davines OI All in One Milk is a wonderful multipurpose leave-in treatment that tames frizz and flyaways, and it softens, detangles, hydrates, and protects hair from the heat. Additionally, it gives hair a gorgeous shine. It includes Roucou Oil, which is rich in Beta-Carotene and antioxidants, that protects and strengthens hair against environmental damage. This luxurious treatment has a lovely warm and creamy aroma that lingers in the hair, but it isn't in the least bit distracting or overpowering.

Overall Assessment: If you want silky-smooth hair that is manageable, frizz-free, hydrated and shiny, then this is without question one of the very best products on the market.
