I have been drinking loose leaf Jasmine Tea since I was a kid, and I remember my mom brewing pots of this magical and aromatic tea, and I have been utterly enchanted by it for as long as I can remember. The delicate scent and delightful taste always embodies the warmth of my home growing up. I recently started drinking Brook37 The Atelier Fujian Jasmine 7-Scented Jasmine & Biluochun Harmony, and this delicious tea transports me back to the tea my mom brewed when I was a child. This delicate and aromatic tea is smooth with a gorgeous jasmine flower taste that is perfectly balanced and sweet. It is an extraordinary treat to the senses. I deeply inhale its glorious scent before I sip it, and the entirety of the experience is otherworldly. This tea is every bit as delicious as the wonderful tea that I recall from childhood.

Grown at an elevation of 800 meters on the pristine slopes of Fujian Mountain, the Biluochun base tea is renowned for its curly leaves with silvery-white hairs and a vibrant, spring-fresh character.

After harvest, the delicate green leaves are carefully transported to a jasmine farm, where they are blended with freshly bloomed jasmine flowers not once, but seven times—a traditional scenting process that spans several days. It was originally designed to help relieve PMS cramping and as a mood elevator, but it can also be applied to bruises, scars, and is able to relieve tightness in the neck, shoulders and back.

Arnica helps to increase circulation reduce inflammation and heal bruises. Natural Goldenrod, "an inflammation moderator, extends the action of Arnica," Clary Sage soothes cramps related to menstruation & menopause and Frankincense and Immortelle essential oils provide additional antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory healing.

Coupled with our garden grown goldenrod, an inflammation moderator, it extends arnica’s actions to support circulation and cool the injured area.  Known for many internal uses and in addition has shown effectiveness in topical pain treatments with an affinity to uterine cramping.

Directions: During menstruation: massage liberally on the abdomen and lower back.  In circular motions work in the balm until there is a slight layer of product left.  Use pressure that feels comforting; relax and take deep slow breaths. Inhale the scent from your palms after applying to allow the aromatherapy benefits working in conjunction with the herbal infusion.

Before bed: massage a small amount of balm onto your neck and shoulders until mostly absorbed with a thin layer of product left.  While you rest, take deep breaths and allow the scent to drift you off to sleep. Clary Sage is helpful in dream therapy so your dreams may be more vivid.  Keep a journal near your bedside and take note in the morning to reflect on your slumber.

Myrrh (Co2) and Immortelle and Frankincense (Co2) essential oils provide additional antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and nervine properties to increase comfort.

Rose Geranium, rose and lavender essential oils provide hormonal balancing energetics for additional comfort and relaxation.

Unrefined Pumpkin Seed Oil and locally sourced raw beeswax act as the vessel the apply the potent plant properties.
