I just redeemed my Sephora birthday gift this year, and was thrilled to see that they are now offering VIB and VIB Rouge members 250 points as a gift option in 2019! This weekend, during my birthday festivities, I happened to be in the vicinity of Sephora– so I popped in to redeem my much-anticipated Beauty Insider Birthday gift. The moment that I received their email, I knew that I really wanted this Marc Jacobs/Sephora birthday collaboration.

Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Blacquer 42is #amazing! If you seek an ultra-pigmented, rich black eyeliner that is absolutely waterproof and ultra-longwearing– then this is your new holy grail. When I am running around at work, in particular, I have very little time to primp and preen, and I am reliant on an eyeliner that won't smudge, fade, or transfer during the day. While the box indicates VIB Rouge, I am fairly certain that I am still just a VIB, but this is what I received.
