Illamasqua's Eye Colouring Pencils are long-wearing, boast richly saturated color, and they glide on and blend effortlessly. Seize, described as a Blue Violet, is an utterly stunning shade. The richly saturated color can be built-up or sheered out. My top swatch features a light-handed application, whereas the bottom swatch is applied with several passes.
