Juno & Co. Clarifying Cleansing Powder is an effective cleanser that gently exfoliates the skin without stripping or drying it out. Simply pour a small amount into your hand and add enough water to turn it into a creamy lather, then gently massage it into your skin and rinse thoroughly. It leaves skin soft, smooth and gently exfoliated. What makes this such a standout exfoliating cleanser is its use of Hyaluronic Acid, and therefore skin is left hydrated and comfortable, rather than overly exfoliated and irritated. It is a really gentle and effective cleanser, and it has no detectable fragrance. It is formulated to be gentle enough to be used by people with sensitive skin, and I imagine that most skin types would benefit from this cleansing powder.

The more products that I try from 100% Pure, the more I am enamored of this brand! Their products are effective, they do what they claim and they feature safe ingredients. I am struck by its efficacy as an exfoliator, but also by the fact that my skin isn't left taut and dry after use. Instead, my skin is left soft, smooth and luminous. This cleanser has a wonderful green apple scent that is very refreshing and pleasant.

Sugar Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Beet Lactic Acid and Enzymes from Pineapple and Papaya work together for 3 main functions:

I did not find it irritating for my skin, but it is always a good idea to spot test before using products that are serious exfoliants. Like the cleanser, this serum has the wonderfully refreshing aroma of green apples, but it is not long-lasting. It is very important to use a high SPF sunscreen and reapply it as directed whenever you use exfoliating products.

I am madly in love with Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser, and years ago it was my only daily cleanser. Then I started LSBB and began using a far wider range of products and somehow forgot about who much I loved this gem of an exfoliating facial cleanser. The lovely formula, which has the intoxicating scent of organic lemongrass extract, uses natural sugar to exfoliate the dead skin cells leaving your skin soft and silky smooth. I find it non-stripping and non-drying for my normal/combination skin, but if you have dry skin you would likely want to use it less often. I like to activate the light lather in my hands, which also breaks down some of the sugar, then with the lightest touch I massage it into my skin and rinse thoroughly. I use it a few times a week, and I always look forward to it since it is such a delectable treat to the skin and the senses.

Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser for Gently Exfoliated and Hydrated Skin This Winter

Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser is a truly fantastic cleanser that I have been using for quite a while now, and it remains one of my most reached-for wonder-products. I generally prefer lathering cleansers, but this one with its light creamy consistency, that is filled with gentle and refined exfoliating particles, is one of my all-time favorite cleansers. It gently exfoliates dead skin cells, unclogs congested pores and it hydrates, rather than strips and dries out the skin. Many moisturizing cleansers leave behind a greasy film, but this leaves behind no sort of unpleasant residue. Skin is left soft, smooth, supple and luminous. It has a very faint fruity aroma, presumably from the essential oils blend, but it is not in the least bit overpowering, and it does not linger. I have only ever bought this cleanser in the glass bottle, but they now have a plastic tube as well– which is undoubtedly better for storing it in the shower or for traveling.

Tata Harper, whose eponymously named skincare brand is handcrafted on her farm in Vermont, first sought to create a natural skincare brand as a response to her step-father's cancer diagnosis. This propelled her to examine, and learn about, all of the potentially harmful multisyllabic ingredients in all of her personal care products, and to ultimately create products that were healthy and luxurious.

I have just discovered an absolutely incredible exfoliating cleanser, and think that it is definitely worth trying. MyChelle Refining Sugar Cleanser is a thick, dense and ultra-creamy exfoliating cleanser that leaves skin ultra clean, soft, smooth and hydrated.

It is gentle, forms a creamy and satisfying lather, punctuated by small exfoliating particles, and it never strips the skin. Since it is dense and very thick, it takes a little bit of pressure to squeeze it out of the tube, but it is very concentrated– therefore you need only a tiny amount to clean your face, neck and décolleté. It has the most delectable warm and creamy vanilla aroma that makes using this lovely cleanser specially satisfying. Additionally, the Hyaluronic Acid keeps skin hydrated and soft.
