Press Sample (Affiliated Links)

The A Method is a brand that I have been using for quite a while, and their C Glow Moisturizer is my very favorite product from this Dermatologist-created skincare brand.

About The A Method,

The A Method Skincare Line was developed by Tina Alster, M.D. – founding director of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery and clinical professor of dermatology at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC. to provide her patients the ability to maintain and care for their skin at home.

Dr. Alster is a world-recognized leader in dermatologic laser surgery and has published hundreds of articles and 8 textbooks on the subject. She received her B.S. and M.D. degrees with highest honors from Duke University and completed her dermatology residency at Yale University.

The A Method was founded by Dr. Tina Alster and Angelia Inscoe – skincare formulation expert and entrepreneur – two women committed to evolving the skincare industry.

With an accumulated 40 years in clinical-based skincare, the minds behind The A Method have been working to make skincare a source of confidence for years – and here’s where the journey continues.

Our products help provide you with the care you need to enhance your beauty from the outside in. It’s our passion and source of joy to bring you the most effective, forward-thinking skincare technology to help you achieve your skincare goals.

The A Method C Glow Moisturizer is a gorgeous lightweight and fast absorbing Vitamin C-based moisturizer that is antioxidant-rich and very nourishing. It offers skin effective and sustainable hydration while fighting free-radical damage. Skin is left decidedly soft, smooth and luminous. It does not contain a sunscreen, and therefore you will need to apply your sunscreen after you have let this lovely moisturizer sink into your skin. This moisturizer has the most heavenly citrus aroma, but it is neither too assertive, nor is it long-lasting.

According to The A Method,

Antioxidant moisturizer formulated with 5% L-Ascorbic acid. C Glow Moisturizer hydrates and helps prevent the skin’s exposure to free radicals that contribute to skin discoloration and premature aging.

5% L-Ascorbic acid delivers antioxidant care. Formulated with Vitamin E to boost effectiveness of Vitamin C. Hydrates skin with Urea. Helps reinforce and maintain the look and feel of the skin’s lipid barrier. Improves the overall appearance of skin tone.

The A Method Collagen Boost Peptide Eye Cream Review

Press Sample (Affiliate Links)

The A Method Collagen Boost Peptide Eye Cream is my latest discovery from this fantastic line of products, and it is definitely a wonderful eye cream. It is lightweight, emollient, fast absorbing, and it leaves behind no residue. The antioxidant-rich formula protects against free-radical damage, and this eye cream deeply nourishes and hydrates the skin. It includes a non-irritating form of glycolic acid that helps to exfoliate dead skin cells, but it is quite gentle on my sensitive eyes. Furthermore, it softens the appearance of fine lines and helps to lighten my dark circles. Skin is left soft, smooth, supple, moisturized and luminous.

According to The A Method:

Collagen Boost peptide eye cream by Tina Alster, MD is an all-in-one anti-aging, puffiness reducing, hydrating eye cream for daily use.

A blend of 3 peptides enhances collagen to restore skin firmness and smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles. A low concentration of non-irritating glycolic acid helps improve skin texture. Blue flower extract helps diminish puffiness. Under eye darkness is minimized with hydroxysuccinimide by improving micro-circulation. A unique antioxidant blend containing astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10, and two types of Vitamin E helps prevent skin aging due to free radicals. Skin hydrating glycerin restores softness and smoothness.

Directions: Apply to clean, dry skin around the eye area.

Ingredients: Acetyl Tetrapeptide 5, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoy Tetrapeptide-7, Glycerin, Steareth-20, N-Hydroxysuccinimide, Chrysin, Carbomer, Polysorbate 20, Glycolic Acid,  Dimethyl MAE, Cetearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Astaxanthin, Hydroxydecyl Ubiquinone, Cyclodextrin, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Tocotrienols, Tocopherol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid.
