TIRTIR Matcha PDRN Dual Serum is another wonderful product from TIRTIR's Matcha Collection, and it is an intensive calming serum that soothes sensitive skin that becomes irritated, red and inflamed. It also offers serious hydration, and it has a cooling effect on the skin. Simply shake the serum to activate all of the ingredients, and then massage into the face, neck and décolleté. It is a thin and watery serum that immediately soaks into the skin and leaves it calm, soft, smooth and hydrated. When my skin gets irritated, this works wonders to restore it back to a calm state prior to the irritation. My skin can be finicky and rather sensitive, but it is mostly a result of testing skincare products that irritate my skin, or after I exfoliate and my skin is left a little bit red.
