Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water Review

Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water is one of my holiest of holy grail products, and I have been using it for many years now. My eyes can be particularly sensitive when it comes to makeup and makeup removers, and I have even found many so-called gentle eye makeup removers to be very irritating for my eyes. Koh Gen Do's Cleansing Spa Water removes all traces of makeup and eye makeup without irritating sensitive eyes or skin, and it leaves the skin soft, clean and hydrated. On the nights that I am too tired to do my full skincare routine, I use this multi-tasker to clean my skin and remove all traces of makeup. Not only is it incredibly effective, but it neither strips the skin, nor does it leave behind an oily residue.

According to Koh Gen Do,

As gentle as removing makeup with pure water, Cleansing Spa Water relies on our signature blend of soothing thermal mineral water and conditioning botanical extracts to effectively dissolve even stubborn waterproof makeup with ease. Infused with six essential herbs including rosemary, sage and lavender to balance and nurture skin, this refreshing cleansing fluid also contains white birch sap to deeply replenish the complexion with brightening minerals. A makeup remover and gentle cleanser in one, this moisturizing formula leaves skin fresh and clean without any oily or tacky residue.

Features:
• Effectively removes makeup and purifies pores
• White birch sap, harvested for only three weeks in early spring, nourishes skin with minerals and xylitol
• Oil-free and alcohol-free
• No washing or rinsing required
• SPA Water moisturizes, protects and nurtures skin • For all skin types
• Not Tested on Animals
• Vegan (Manufactured where non-Vegan products are made)
• Formulated without Artificial Colors, Synthetic Fragrance, Mineral Oil derived from Petroleum

Directions: Apply on cotton pad. Place saturated cotton on area of makeup removal and hold for 3-5 seconds before wiping.

Ingredients: Water, Dipropylene Glycol, Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Lactic Acid, Arginine, Butylene Glycol, Artemisia Princeps Leaf Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Extract, Perilla Ocymoides Leaf Extract, Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol.
Overall Assessment: This is one of my all-time favorite products for a good reason, and there are many empties bottles in my past, and many in my future. A+

  1. It's definitely my favorite too, though I use BioDerma most of the time because of price

    1. Price is a good reason to use Bioderma most of the time! KGD is quite pricey, but oh so good!
