As I have noted before, working from home means that I sit at the computer far longer than I did in my pre-pandemic life (when I actually physically went to work). This coupled with my generally elevated stress levels, because of the state of the world, has left me with sore muscles in my back, for which I often seek relief. I always prefer to use topical ointments and creams to relieve muscular stress, where stretching and targeted exercises fail, and my most recent discovery is a proven winner for me. Derma E Arnica Warming Sore Muscle Rub is a wonderfully effective therapeutic cream that soothes muscular aches and pains while actually moisturizing the skin. It is non-greasy, fast-absorbing and his has a light peppermint aroma that is invigorating. You simply warm the cream in your hands and then massage it into the skin in the area of your discomfort, and it really helps give temporary relief. Of course this should not be used in lieu of seeing your doctor if you have a more serious injury, but this is great for post-workout muscular discomfort, and it is doing wonders for the tension in my back from sitting at the computer for so many hours each day.
