Davines OI Oil Absolute Beautifying Potion is a mid-weight silicone-based hair oil that effectively hydrates, tames frizz and fly-aways, detangles, adds shine and makes even the most temperamental hair manageable. It does wonders for my naturally curly hair, and it is so concentrated that only a tiny amount is needed for excellent results. It can be used on wet or dry hair, and I tend to pump a small amount into the palm of my hands then work through my hair. I either let my hair dry naturally or use my blow dryer, and la voilà! It has a very faint nondescript scent, but it isn't long-lasting.
According to Davines,
Hair is shiny, hydrated, frizz-free and protected from styling and environmental factors.
All Davines products are designed, formulated and manufactured at our headquarters and laboratories in Parma, Italy. The Davines Group does not test on animals.
Directions: Before styling: apply 2-3 pumps of oil to towel-dried hair, and proceed with drying. As a finishing touch: apply 2-3 pumps of oil to the lengths and ends of dried hair (for fine hair, start with 1 pump).
