White Sands Top Haircare Picks This Spring and Summer

My hair definitely requires extra conditioning and pampering during the warmer months of the year, and since I have naturally curly hair (which tends to be a little dry) I have to condition it a lot when the weather heats up. White Sands has a few products that I have been repeatedly reaching for since the weather has started warming up in Los Angeles, and I thought I would share them with you.
White Sands Hair Care Spray Leave In Conditioner ($15.00 for 8.5 oz. from White Sands): is formulated to revitalize and restore moisture for normal to dry hair without weighing it down or causing a product buildup. It detangles, smooths frizz and leaves hair shiny and conditioned. Since my hair is curly, I always use a leave in conditioner to tame frizz and to be able to comb my hair after I wash it, and this also leaves my hair soft, manageable and moisturized.

According to White Sands,

As a fresh new product from White Sands, our Spray Leave-In Conditioner offers innovative moisturizing benefits for the modern stylist and client. Made with special polymers, its smart ingredients will provide “Selective Conditioning” to nourish & smooth areas of the cuticle that need repair the most. This targeted delivery creates an intelligent product that knows exactly where damage hides; giving the weakest parts more TLC. Hair will have the ability to hold moisture and control frizz.

Directions: Apply on clean damp hair then brush in for even distribution and to detangle. Add your favorite White Sands styling aids. Style and blow dry as usual. It can also be used on dry hair for flyaways.

Ingredients: Water(Aqua), Glycerin, Amodimethicone, Laureth-9, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-10, Cetyl Alcoholc, Caprylic/Capric Triglycride, Cymbidium Grandiflorum Flower Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Potassium Sorbate, DL-Panthenol, Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract, Silk Amino Acid, Fragrance (Perfume).
White Sands UnderCover Styling Spray ($21.00 for 8.5 oz. from White Sands): This styling spray offers light hold without leaving hair stiff or crunchy. Instead, hair remains touchably soft, and this formula actually adds hydration and shine– rather than drying out the hair and leaving it dull.

According to White Sands,

Turn to an action packed formula as wheat proteins are ingeniously replaced by silk proteins. The addition of silk automatically skyrockets the shine and moisture factors, turning this into the latest breed of styling sprays. A first of its kind for White Sands and a first of its kind spray for going UnderCover with any hairstyle imaginable: blowouts, curls, sleek & straight, scrunching, braids, flips and waves. Undercover does it all with high power shine and hydration.

Ingredients: SD Alcohol 40B, Water (Aqua), Butyl Ester of PVM/MA Copolymer, Panthenol, Silk Amino Acids, PEG-75 Lanolin, Fragrance (Parfum), Aminomethyl Propanol, Benzophenone-4.
White Sands ER Fusion ($26.00 for 3 oz. from White Sands): This is a seriously effective, and lightweight, deep conditioner that is formulated to treat dull, dry, frizzy and brittle hair. It was created to heal and prevent dryness and breakage, while softening all hair types. This is a heat-activated conditioner that leaves hair soft, smooth, frizz-free and ultra-shiny. I initially had my doubts that it would be able to tackle my frizz-prone naturally curly hair, but I was pleased to see that it effectively smoothed my hair, and left it with a pronounced glossy shine. It has a wonderful floral aroma that lingers for a few hours before fading, but frankly it smells so good that I wish that it would linger longer!

According to White Sands,

ER Fusion is an intensive reconstructive hair treatment which restores hair back to its youthful condition. The product creates a clear micro shield to seal in color and softness, while weightless quaternaries balance and self-adjust color in the hair. A complex set of amino cystines repair damage while lemon grass extracts enhance color with a high gloss. ER Fusion’s unique delivery system ensures optimum performance and lasts 30 days after each initial use.

Directions: Comb ER Fusion through clean, damp hair. Apply heat with a blow dryer to hair for 20 minutes and then rinse.

Ingredients: Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Emulsifying Wax, Behetrimonium Methosulfate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Abumen, Distilled Vinegar, Soybean Oil, Egg Yolk, Glycerin, Trimethisdylamodimethicone, Dicetyidmonium Chloride, Tricetyimonium Chloride, Dimethicon, Cetrimonium Bromide, Lemon Extract, Corn Syrup, Calcium Disodium EDTA, Wheat Amino Acid, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butyparaben, Ethyparaben, Fragrance
Overall Assessment: White Sands is definitely a haircare brand worth trying, and I will definitely be using these three products a lot this season.
