Jane Iredale PureMoist Lipstick in Abigail and Cindy | Review and Swatches

I am quite impressed by the quality of Jane Iredale makeup, and their PureMoist Lipsticks are absolutely phenomenal! They are intensely pigmented, ultra-nourishing and hydrating, and they leave lips soft and supple. They really are that good!

The formula is smooth, creamy and it glides across the lips effortlessly while depositing color evenly. I have two colors, Abigail and Cindy, and both have the perfect amount of cushion for comfortable wear. I get about 3-4 hours of wear before needing to apply, and while there is some transfer to the glass or mug when I drink, it is minimal. They have the emollience of a tinted lip balm, but the staying power of a lipstick. Furthermore, neither shade migrates, nor do they settle into lip lines. They have a wonderful fruity smell and light taste, but I find that it very quickly.

Abigail is described as a creamy sheer honeysuckle.
Cindy is described as a classic red.

According to Jane Iredale,

Vivid pigments blend with nourishing natural oils and superfruit extracts for petal‐soft lips that feel, look and taste amazing.

    1. Yes, Abigail is just our type of shade, Marcia! I do too, I don't like wearing lipsticks that dry out my lips, and these do the opposite!
