Carmex has been a staple in my household for years and years, and tubes and pots of it can be found stowed all over the house, in purses, work-bags, pockets, cars and work. I even have a few left from back when the pots were made of glass!

Carmex remains a family favorite because it is so soothing and effective, and eradicates chapped lips swiftly. While Carmex has expanded their offerings– they have maintained their same excellent quality at an affordable price point. If you want to keep your lips soft, supple and moisturized during this holiday season, then it's worth picking up a few Carmex Lip Balms.

  1. I used to use Carmex religiously! Back in the day. Until I bought into the rumour that they put fiberglass in it! So I stopped. LOL I still don't know if that's true or ever was (I kind of doubt it), but I will have to go back to them and try them again. (Clearly there's no fiberglass in those ingredients haha). My lips get so dry and peel in winter, blech! The moisture plus one looks pretty promising! (pun intended :D )

    1. Hi Miki, Wow, I have never heard that before! Clearly, it's not among the ingredients, and that would cut up lips rather than hydrate them! My lips get pretty chapped in the winter too, and I am sure that I will finish up the Winter Mint Lip Balm this season! The Moisture Plus is really nice, and it offers a nice sheen too! :-)

    2. I spent 11 years working in the fiberglass industry, you would know if it was in there trust me it feels like thousands of tiny needles when pressed into skin.

    3. I agree with you 100%! Having experienced fiberglass on my skin, you definitely are aware of it!
