Derma E has a wonderful skin brightening Vitamin C Skincare Collection, and it features many of my favorite products from this wonderful cruelty-free brand. If you have discoloration from sun damage these products will help to fade the hyperpigmentation caused by the over-exposure that may have occurred during the warm months of summer. Here are a few of my favorite products from this collection:

Derma E's Vitamin C Instant Radiance Citrus Facial Peel ($23.95 for 2 oz. from Derma E, Ulta and iHerb): is a very effective, and gentle, peel that improves the appearance of hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and it effectively removes dead skin cells. It uses Glycolic and Lactic Acids to efficiently remove dead skin cells and to reveal refreshed glowing skin. Derma E uses stable Vitamin C that won't oxidize before use, and the peel has a light and refreshing citrus aroma. You simply apply a thin layer to freshly cleansed skin and leave it on your face, neck and décolleté for about 5 minutes and massage it into skin to help break up the dead skin cells. Rinse skin thoroughly and then behold your clean, soft, smooth and radiant skin. Some people have reported a light tingling sensation, but I have not experienced that.

Directions: Apply a thin layer once per week after cleansing. Avoid eye area and do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Apply to the face, neck, décolleté, and tops of hands and leave on for 3-5 minutes, use provided mini spoon to remove the peel while massaging the skin. Rinse with cool water to neutralize peel (slight tingling after application is normal).

Derma E Vitamin C Gentle Daily Cleansing Paste ($13.95 for 4 oz. from Derma E, Ulta, Target and iHerb): is a wonderful hardworking gently exfoliating lathering cleanser that can also be used as an effective mask. As an exfoliating cleanser, you simply apply it to your face, neck and décolleté and the lovely lather and exfoliating particles effectively and gently clean the skin and remove dead skin cells without stripping or drying it out. As a mask you just apply a generous amount to the face and leave it on until it dries down (about 5 minutes), then with damp fingers gently massage to activate the exfoliating particles. then thoroughly rinse with warm water. The result is scrumptiously soft and smooth skin. There is no detectable scent, therefore if you are sensitive to aromatic skincare, you will have no issue with this cleansing paste.

Directions:

Cleanser: Gently lather over dampened face and neck, then rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry. Use in the morning and evening. Gentle enough for daily use.

Mask: For more intense results, apply generously to face, hands and other skin areas, avoiding eye and lip area. Leave on for 3-5 minutes or until dry. Moisten fingertips, then massage to activate exfoliants. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

Derma E Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer ($22.50 for 2 oz. from Derma E and Ulta): This lightweight and fast-absorbing Vitamin C moisturizer offers serious hydration and brightening– leaving skin nourished and with an ethereal glow. This is currently my favorite Derma E moisturizer and it has a wonderfully uplifting citrus aroma.

Derma E Vitamin C Daily Brightening Cleanser and Derma E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum are two standout products from the range that I have been using for a while, and will continue to replace as I finish each bottle. They are so effective at brightening the skin, and they are gentle enough for daily use.

Derma E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum ($19.99 for 2 oz. from Derma E and Ulta): This is an antioxidant-rich intensely hydrating serum that brightens the complexion. Hyaluronic Acid binds and retains hydration and plumps fine lines, while the stabilized Vitamin C brightens the complexion, and over time it helps to fade age spots and sun damage. It is a very lightweight and fast absorbing serum that leaves the skin soft, smooth, supple, hydrated and radiant. It has a light citrus aroma, but it is barely-there and it fades very quickly.

This eye cream, which has a color-correcting tint, diminishes the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, brightens the eye area and deeply hydrates.
