UA Hawai'i Mana Eau de Parfum smells like a walk on the beach in Hawai'i. It feels like the ocean punctuated by Jasmine, Gardenia, Lemon Flower and Apple Blossom, and tempered by the woodsy Sandalwood and Oak. It is sophisticated, and yet casual, and it sits close to the skin instead of overly asserting itself. When it dries down, it mellows into a woodsy floral that calms the senses.

Top Notes: Lemon Flower, Gardenia, Clove Leaf

Mid Notes: Jasmine, Apple Blossom, Geranium

Base Notes: Sandalwood, Oak, Musk

UA Hawai'i Kupu Eau de Parfum is yet another beautiful fragrance from this exquisite Hawaiian brand, and it is a delight to the senses, to be sure. There is something indescribably magical about this unusual fragrance. This is an ultra clean, green scent that has an added dimension from the base notes of Amber, Cedar and Musk. They add a richness without in any way overshadowing the light and green sensibility. It achieves what seems like an impossible balance between what might be considered competing notes, but instead these notes commingle beautifully. This fragrance sits close to the skin, and invites the constant sniffing of one's wrist.

Top: Fern, Coconut Water, Earth

Mid: Oakmoss, Magnolia, Vanilla Blossom

Base: Amber, Cedar, Musk

UA Hawai'i Hā Eau de Parfum is yet another gorgeous fragrance from this enchanting Hawaiian brand. This fragrance boasts a warm and soft woodsy aroma that is punctuated by the creamy Vanilla Flower and citrus. It is inviting, alluring and sits close to the skin. As it dries down, the citrus emerges, but the sharp edges are rounded out by the warmth of the other carefully selected notes. This fragrance is calming, grounding and a lovely discovery.

Hā Eau de Parfum Notes:

Top Notes: Coconut Waters, Bergamot, Lemon Peel

Mid Notes: Clove, Fir Needle, Lime Blossom

Base Notes: Cedarwood, Vanilla Flower, Oakmoss, Santal

UA Hawai'i Pohaku Stone Eau de Parfum Review

As you are likely aware, I became acquainted with the lovely fragrances made by UA Hawai'i last year, and I have been enjoying them ever since. Recently, I have been wearing UA Hawai'i Pōhaku Eau de Parfum, and it may actually be my favorite one, so far. 

Pōhaku Eau de Parfum Notes:

Top Notes: Midnight Breeze, Cyclamen Flower, Clove

Mid Notes: Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Amber

Base Notes: Patchouli, Cedar, Musk

The magical blend of top, middle and base notes create a complex symphony of scents that mingle in the most beautiful and ethereal way. The top notes, punctuated by the clove is tempered by the Jasmine and Cyclamen flowers, and then the aroma is deepened by the Amber, Patchouli, Cedar and Musk. This beautiful combination transforms into a warm and creamy floral with a musk undertone, and it is an utter delight to the senses. As is the case with their other fragrances, I find that Pohaku Stone Eau de Parfum sits close to the skin, and it never enters a room before I do. It is sophisticated and a subtle treat to the senses.

UA HAWAI'I WENA Glow Eau de Parfum Review

As previously noted, I recently discovered UA HAWAI'I fragrances, and I am smitten with their delectable Eau de Parfum scents. UA Hawaii's new Elements Collection features clean, luxury scents that are inspired by the natural elements found in Hawai'i. The fragrances are infused with sustainable botanicals and the ingredients are derived from natural Hawaiian plants or fruit oils.

UA Hawai'i Wena Eau de Parfum is a beautifully articulated, and grounding, fragrance that is best described as a gender-neutral woodsy amber with a bit of fruit and spice. It is a calming fragrance that creates a sense of wellbeing, and it is a pleasure to wear. The scent sits close tho the skin, and therefore doesn't announce your entry into a room, but instead is more subtle and indescribably beautiful.

• Top Notes: Coconut, Pamplemousse, Clove
• Mid Notes: Bergamot, Amber, Wild Cypress
• Base Notes: Cedar, Geranium, Eucalyptus

UA HAWAI'I Nalu Eau de Parfum Review

I just recently discovered a wonderful fragrance brand, UA HAWAI'I, that makes stunning fragrances. UA Hawaii's new Elements collection features clean, luxury scents inspired by the island’s natural elements, and they are infused with sustainable botanicals and ingredients that are derived from natural Hawaiian plants or fruit oils.

UA HAWAI'I Nalu Eau de Parfum, formerly called KAI Sea Eau de Parfum, is a lovely crisp and clean fragrance that mingles top notes of bergamot, grapefruit and sea salt with middle notes of pink pepper, orange flower and jasmine. The top and middle notes create a complex peppery floral, but it is the base notes of saffron, oud and vanilla that offer it a rich and sublime depth. The aroma is quite potent at first spritz, and the dry down creates an indescribably complex, rich, warm, creamy and woodsy floral that is utterly intoxicatingly beautiful.

Nalu Eau de Parfum Notes: 

• Top Notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Sea Salt
• Mid Notes: Pink Pepper, Orange Flower, Jasmine
• Base Notes: Saffron, Oud, Vanilla
