Whether you run, hike, walk, workout at the gym or vigorously garden, and you routinely have muscle soreness, then you may have contemplated purchasing a massage gun to relieve post-workout muscle soreness. If you are treating an injury, I would highly recommend consulting your doctor and physical therapist before you add a massage gun into your therapeutic routine. Before I started using this massage gun, I consulted with my physical therapist, who has been treating me for an injury, and she cleared me to use a massage gun, but I am careful not to overuse it, and I simply incorporate it into my routine as needed.
